Buzz lightyear and the JREF Challenge

Ok, then. Answer this!

This is clearly a fossilised skeleton:

Now check the height the photo is taken from:

FIFTY TWO MILES!!!

That is thousands of times larger than any animal which supposedly walked the earth.

I rest Buzz's case.

Gosh Desertyeti , do I detect a glimmer of intelengence , you're not just a dumb white supremist .

The " fenestral weathering " as you call it , is also known as " honeycomb weathering . It is believed to be the result of salt dislodging particles of the " rock " . The problem with this explination is that the exact formations are found in the center of continents as are on the coast . The salt levels varying dramatically . Another glitch is that the same patterns are found in granite which has a very different composition to sandstone .

All the patterns are of very similar diameter holes and have the constant theme of three with an opposing fourth .

My hypoyhises is that there is a parallel dimention , another reality interacting with the planet a fraction ahead in time .
So these " patterns " are part of the process . Like the footprint of someone who has walked in the sand just before we arrived .

If you have a close look at the temporal area in the " reptile head " formation , you will see an exact match to known reptile scale pattern ............. coincdence ?

The pic is the formation in granite .

And Jackalgirl , your description of the formations being "fossilised" is incorrect . The formations are the created by a combination of the actual skins of the creature and its waste . The skins are soft pliable silicon when discarded and harden into a fine crystalised matrix .

Sorry, Buzz, I'm done. I'm done with your pattern-seeking pictures. I've already explained how that works. Good luck in your geological research.

Thats cool Jackalgirl , but next time you are wandering through a temple in your far flung land , contemplate on why the creature depicted most is a big flying lizard .

Oh yes. It MUST be because there were /actually/ large flying lizards, because no human being has any imagination at all. <much rolling of eyes>

I imagine that dragons are a common myth because a) fossilized dinosaur bones & imagination are available aplenty, especially in places like China, which have historically had far-reaching contact with many places in the world. And b) most places have reptiles. Giant reptiles are not a great leap for people making up stories about Big Things, which is a typical topic of stories.

There are plenty of other mythical archetypes that are common, too -- I recommend "Hero with a Thousand Faces", by Joseph Campbell. Good stuff. Much more compelling than pictures of rocks which may reptiles or parts of reptiles, AS LONG AS THERE'S SOMEONE AROUND TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY DO.

Settle down Jackalgirl , " its all good " .
Some mythology has a common thread ,and throughout mankinds history giant flying lizards is the most common .
And most appear in "creation " myths .
So I find it difficult to believe that this is coincidence .

I can understand if you dont like my ideas , but closing your eyes because you dont like what you see is not very " scientific " .
And to avoid " dragons " in Japan is going to be a difficult task .

Have you read any of Rupert Sheldrakes writing ?

Buzz, have you actually read anything I've said? About humans' pattern-seeking inclinations? Do you honestly think that human beings are so without creativity, imagination, and story-crafting skill that everything they say has to be completely and totally real?

No, I haven't read any of Rupert Sheldrake's writing. I've looked at his site, however, and don't see anything that even remotely indicates that there were actual giant flying reptiles (other than dinosaurs) forming the bones of the world, which is your contention.

I /do/ see what appears to be some philosophical explorations of the universe, which is fine (as I have stated before), but you are not making statements that are philosophical in nature. You are stating that the rocks formed in the photos that you have posted here are actual evidence of giant reptiles. You have also just implied that Japanese mythological dragons were real, and had to be so because they appear commonly in Japanese myths. Not that it has /anything/ to do with a lot of mythology and culture being imported into Japan wholesale from China, whose country is so wonderfully full of dinosaur fossils.

Might I also remind you that literally millions of Chinese people believe that eating ground-up tiger bones will cure impotence? Does that make it so?

The reason why I am of a mind to give up on you is that you keep repeating the same stuff, over and over again, in response to what I post, with more assertions that myths somehow /must/ be evidence of reality, without actually addressing what I post. It's like talking to a brick wall.

Edited to add: You know what? In light of ChillZero's post and your responses to my own posts, I seriously doubt that you're here seriously. In other words, I think you're just trolling for "fun with skepties". So don't bother answering -- especially since your response will be more wacky ascertation about how blind I am to the "obvious" evidence around me in Japanese temples, without really even bothering to read what I've written. I am well and truly done and, unlike you, will post no more here, since this isn't a real conversation (which is two-way). Rather, it's an opportunity for you to hold forth with untestable claims. I'm not interested.

I bet you are really cute when you get rilled up Jackalgirl .
Are you Asian ?
I'm playing with Rupert Sheldrake"s "morphic field " theory .
I'm seeing if an idea is a bit like a forest fire . Set a small flame to a dry spot and see what happens .
An idea is very powerful in the human mind , particulally if it is fanned by emotion . You have developed a particular " set " on me and my ideas , so like it or not the contents of my writing have gone deep into your psyche .
The " dragon " symbols in your land will be seen by you in a different light because of our interaction , .......you will see .

Yeah Athiest , did check out the fossil pic .
If you do want to do something interesting with google earth , try this .

Since this " dragon " creature created the landscape in which it lived, it left a representation of itself which can be seen from 50 miles up .

Can't write much this morninig , I'm a bit cut up with this Jackalgirl thing .
She broke it off last night ,........ hardly slept ......... , (sob) .

Oh well the pub opens at 10 !

Bugger. Sorry to hear that, mate.

The girl for you isn't here any more, I think. Sally is the sort of woman you need.

And in a happy coincidence, she's back, after an absence of a few months! I was wondering where she'd got to. Invite her over, she's very friendly and open to peculiar ideas - she believes in a god-thing, apparently.

Have a beer on me, mate. Find a good Kiwi brew - track down a Mac's Dark Ale - but for crissake do not drink that Steinlager rubbish we ship over your way. We only send it over because it's against the law to disperse of it down the drains.

52 posts since he haughtily declared he would post here no more. Boy does our little buzzy love the attention.

Well Reno , I've never responded to one of your posts because my own " jock " ancestry forbids that I engage another scot in conflict .
This squabbling between clans is how the pommys have managed to run roughshod over us for the last few centuries .
I loved your haggis recipe, it was fantastic . I could smell it cooking in the kitchen , made me want to puke .
So keep your chin up laddie , don't let them convince you that a man wearing a dress is a sook .

I call troll. I call someone who can't get even get his own story straight to match facts. I call someone who said he would answer my questions, let alone the other posters, in one week (I gave you two).

Why haven't you answered any of my questions? Why are you jumping from the Egyptology angle to the Aboriginal angle? Why can't you see that your own photograph doesn't support what you claim?

Your photo in msg #302 does not show patterns "of very similar diameter holes and have the constant theme of three with an opposing fourth." I see 6 holes that aren't similar and even one tear drop hole.

List of questions not answered:
  1. Buzz lightyear, are you saying you have a claim for the JREF Million Dollar Challenge? If so, would you care to state it, please? (msg #1) You answered you have no chalange but now you have one. And it still hasn't been stated.
  2. However, if I'm wrong and you do in fact have a claim, would you care to tell us what it is, even if we can't expect an application? (#3) Responed in #8 "Havnt got time to respond to you at the moment , will do tonight"
  3. What's your paranormal claim, Buzz? (#15)
  4. What do you mean by "gets larger"? What do you mean by "microcosm" and "macrocosm" Do you even understand what a magnetic field is? Do you understand what the Solar wind is? (#16)
  5. Have you ever "put a rent in the fabric of space / time," or been present when someone else did so? (#32)
  6. What is the force that is opposite of energy? What equation? Please identify which books state this. (#41)
  7. How exactly do you get "sound mass spinning?" #53
  8. With all this chanting, do you think what may be happening is some kind of dizziness and maybe some mild hallucination resulting from hyperventilation? Or alternatively, perhaps hypoxia? #58
  9. The Fibonacci sequence, eh? It crops up everywhere, but I don't understand what it has to do with the magnetosphere. Or how the number of syllables in a chant enables one to rupture the space-time continuum. How do you surf on a chant, Buzz? Why does surfing on the magnetosphere allow you to transcend dimensions?(#81)
  10. Why will you not actually answer the questions I ask? (#142)
  11. Simply answer me this: if I was standing right beside you when you opened your opening in the openness of the space-time continuum, what physical manifestations of that event would I experience. Feel free to address all five of the most commonly known senses. (#156)
  12. Are you trying to indicate that you have taken a photograph of some kind of manifestation of this phenomenon, or is your "box brownie" a euphemism for something else entirely? Again, I ask you, what would an objective observer, who wasn't hallucinating along with you, experience? (#166)
  13. So you inhabit a body that is in space? And how does one have access to the death world? What is death world? What happens to the conscience of the owner of the body while you inhabit the body? Why didn't you speak to Hemon? They didn't speak English back then so how did you converse engineering concepts? Why didn't you just "inhabit" her body instead? Name of this "odd Chinese emperor" please? So, dead people's souls go into the future? But not all the souls go to the same future since there are potentials? Why not share the ideas you got from the future to the people of the present to the scientists? Please explain the Science Fiction of the 1950's when a lot of it was all-about rocket ships and space travel. Why are you looking for your aspects? Don't YOU know what YOU told people? (#174)
  14. What, in the name of all that's poorly written fiction, does your camera have to do with aboriginal myth?(#178)
  15. Second, why do you want to have someone tell us what your believe? (#195)
  16. How did only the Aborigines get it right while everybody else got it wrong? (#199)
  17. Why do you posit that Caucasians (specifically European caucasians) are "dim witted"?
And why would you assume that only you among them is enlightned enough to save 'em all? (#206)
  18. You stated earlier that going to the future was trickier, as this path wasn't linear.
From this we can infer that your path into the past is. Is this correct?
Perhaps you are proposing multiple unique paths to the past?
If so, how do you decide which one you will take?(#208)
  19. Buzz, don't you think the ancient Aborigine might just have noticed that the dry streams look a lot like snake skin and built their myths around that? As opposed to dry stream beds looking like snake-skin because they're made by giant snakes? (#232)
  20. Is there a variation of Godwin for this? Are they scientists who have suggested an interesting theoretical possibility, or are they saying "Look at me, I've got rock, there must be parallel dimensions so there."?(#267)
  21. Could you please describe what protocols would satisfy you insofar as accepting the Challenge? But not the mythology of Australian Aboriginies, which is literally true?(#269)
  22. Mate, did you check ot the fossil I found you? (#308)
  23. Buzz, have you actually read anything I've said? About humans' pattern-seeking inclinations? Do you honestly think that human beings are so without creativity, imagination, and story-crafting skill that everything they say has to be completely and totally real? (#309)
Those are the questions you *still* haven't answered, the most damning acussations coming from me.

I still call you a liar due to the fact you still haven't responded to any of the facts about Egypt and the pyramids.

*Note: my browser crashed on me while I was typing this message so the content has been changed. Some responces to my message will not make sense because of that fact*

Ok little 10 toes , which of my photos doesn't support my claim ?
And what particular questions havn't I answered ?

The Egyptian understanding of a parallel universe compliments the Aboriginal view . Both containing similar entities .

Oh, now that's just being a spoilsport.

Why should Buzz provide evidence for his claims? Christians don't, Sylvia Browne doesn't.

Not providing evidence is what defines paranormality.

Amazing .........Athiest , I provide historical documentation , photos , and a thousand acres of proof and that is not enough .
All you guys want is a card trick , .....................phewy !!

And you obviously havn't drunk much beer in Australia . Ask for one of those bottled imports out in the outback and you will probably end up picking your teeth up out of the urinal .

If you want to stay in one piece you are best off ordering a schooner of fosters or VB , scull it , burp and order another .

By the time you have knocked back half a dozen the natives will be satisfied that you are not a bloody foriegner .
