Personally...well...no...
Though, I know a guy who's an acquaintance of a friend of my second cousin who is licensed to navigate go-carts on controlled and maintained tracks for modest profit (but really, all the money is in the side bets, but no one is supposed to know that part, so keep that on the down-low) and he says that once they remove the governors, those carts move pretty damn fast.
Now this guy's older brother used to do the same. He worked hard to be the first in his family to pass all the tests that are required to race go-carts; a lot of reading required...not to mention all the testing. But he was a reasonably bright guy so it proved no problem.
Now after this older brother's racing career was over by several years, he decided he wanted to run a racing team. He figured he had some experience with driving and racing and he had run a remote-controlled race car team for a few years just after he gave up the go-carts so he decided to give it a go.
What he and many others didn't take into account was that some form of dementia or brain damage from cocaine and alcohol binges had robbed him of what little common sense and judgment this retired go-cart racer had begun with and, as it turned out, the more savvy and less honorable members of the racing team he tried running later on just twisted him this way and that. Well, before you know it, that once functional, now retired go-cart racer of simple wit found himself over his head and the racing team sinking fast.
Anyway, this guy did the only thing he knew to try to get things turned around: he prayed on it. He tried to spin all of his poor management choices to the ownership committee and for a while, this bought him some time. Inevitably though, his incompetence proved so glaring that when his contract ended, even trusted employees who had supported his efforts to run this team wouldn't be picked to take over when his contract was up. Last I heard, he was trying to write his story of turmoil and conviction in leadership. Wouldn't you know it though; he could barely string a coherent sentence together and the project drags on still......
...but I digress...why do you ask?
