Apologize now for stupidity at TAM3

I apologize for not having more time to spend with everyone!

I really enjoyed my conversations with just about everyone I met at TAM III. There were certainly some impressive folks there, many of them members of this forum.

Nuts. Not to hijack this thread with a serious note, but...

It occurred to me that during one moment as MC, I referred to the forum name badges as "dumb".

I didn't mean dumb like "stupid", I meant dumb like "silly", because the pictures were silly. I had no intention of demeaning the badges, which I thought were very cool, or Girl6's hard work on them, which was apparent.

So Girl6, I apologize.

As an aside, I plan on taking my avatar badge, and the "Master of Ceremonies" ribbon I had, and framing them along with the promo flyer that I had all the speakers sign. That'll look pretty nifty on my office wall...

As an aside of my own, I plan on taking my mug shot from the LVPD, and my TAM badge, and framing them along with the promo flyers I got on the strip that I had all the hookers sign.

As am I, and yet....disturbed. Greatly disturbed that I recognized you across the room but didn't notice a gorilla behind a basketball I was staring at. Hey, wait a minute....that gorilla wasn't standing behind you too, was he?

I think next TAM4, I'm going to have to be Padawan to Mercutio's Jedi Mastery.

Either that or get a wedding ring. Hmm, almost doesn't seem worth it.
