• Quick note - the problem with Youtube videos not embedding on the forum appears to have been fixed, thanks to ZiprHead. If you do still see problems let me know.

Alien Visitation Contact Proof

You seem to be, though. You would rather believe a naturally-explained phenomenon is "aliens" than accept the bogan redneck explanation that your porch-lights, security lights and security video system suffered a momentary blackout in your neighbourhood.

I was a bouncer for a year, I would deal with it...

Cjdelphi, using the Giorgio/Jaime Maussan approach to evidence isn't a good idea.

You have presented a video and explained it second for second to a foregone conclusion. Your admitted pet conclusion at that.

The same as YT paranormal investigation teams that specialize in finding a particular type of event. They cherry pick locations and invariably make thier " scariest video ever " video after video. Always finding irrefutable evidence of the very thing they always find. Yet another YT paranormal team will find another type of event in exactly the same location. Which seems to be another vareity of scary.

Put the horse in front of the cart and check into all other possible ideas from reflected lights to a critter in high voltage lines. Or whatever else is suggested, because you did ask after all.

If none of those fit you still can't say it was aliens until you have some sort of solid evidence. You can only say you don't know, then borrow the famous line from Jaime Maussan and say it warrants more investigation. That fool has been investigating UFO stuff for decades and has only blurred or borrowed video bigtooters would laugh at.
He doesn't care either. Because he makes a ton of money as his motivation.

I have spent the last 5 months looking for an explanation that fits it does not, I have ruled it all out

The neighbour was awake and said it was silent she was outside with a flashlight about 3 minutes after, I was fast asleep with my wife and you can hear me or her snoring 2 seconds before the power goes out

Lightning explains a light... but not the sound
Lightning lights up the street, not your foot path

An electrical arc would be heard, you can't arc without a noise... the power company said the lines are fine and were switched on an hour later

Nobody can replicate what was seen, anything over head would not be able to light up the path without lighting up the tree, but i did, you can even hear the digital alien sound..

Lightning, me shining a light, led, cars helicopters does NOT I repeat does NOT do what we see in the video, polygraph me, check the videos out, I'll put my damn life on it

I have no idea what you would be "dealing with" in this case. Nobody here is coming for your precious pot-plants.

And being a bouncer is probably one explanation why you aren't thinking this through very well. ;)

Come and visit me and I'll show you how I couldn't fake it because I don't have access to the power outside

I'm a programmer my software is all over the net, my projects are on my youtube channel, I'll outwit you every time...

Then file it as "needs further investigation " and say you don't know yet. Nothing bad about waiting for something solid.

Plenty of odd events in everyone's lives they cannot fully explain. Maybe later we learn what it was.

Quite simply.... no

I have ruled out everything, but what I never told you was the night before I was out looking for them and when I had kidney stones and in pain on the couch, I thought to myself this would be the time something outside would be there

So I dragged myself out to be greeted by an orange orb just silently hovering in the sky, I grabbed a photo as well but anything in the sky is automatically "blurry" so I didn't bring it up

I have ruled out everything, I know electricity well I build tesla coils, send sound over laser, I build my own power supplies ..

One thing I know intimately... is electricity this was not that!

Nothing can make that light and make that sound the camera detects... or should I say nothing human

Point is.... there's nothing that will convince a true skeptic, except for alien itself

I'm not that ignorant

Can someone explain to me what is unusual in the video? I don't see anything but what appears to be a power outage.

Its explained in detail many times why do you want a person to constantly repeat themselves?
......

Ignoring the red light when the power goes out, that's my power outage light as shown in the photos...

Explain the flash of light at 3 57 and 15s and the SOUND YOU HEAR

Oh, I see. I had the sound off when I watched it the first time.

A brief flash of light from a source that isn't immediately apparent, and a weird sound. Doesn't seem very conclusive to me. I don't know what it is, but that doesn't mean it's aliens. Strange lights in the sky don't necessarily mean aliens either.

I ruled out everything else as I have an engineering degree in electronics

Well, cjdelphi, since you're convinced that aliens are visiting, what next? Where do you go from here? Will you publish? Not just on YouTube, but in a print medium: you know, go public.

Or will you fight 'em? Lousy time-stealers deserve to go up against a once & future bouncer!

Or, more intriguing, will you maybe join 'em? Go voyaging among the stars! To infinity -- and beyond!

Or will you post your proof on an obscure internet forum? Yeah, that'll do the trick!

Excuse me for being a little bit unconvinced, but if you have never before experienced a power failure that occurred silently the answer is more likely to be found, not in outer space but in a paucity of experience. We country folk lose power all the time, and the cause is rarely seen or heard.

I did see long long ago from a good vantage point the fantastic light show that resulted when a squirrel immolated itself on a power pole transformer. It was visible for some distance, but those who were not in the line of sight saw nothing and heard nothing when their power went out (which it did for a radius of many miles).

An alien light beam would be more convincingly photographed if you aimed the camera at where it comes from rather than where it ends up.

I think better photography might help more with persuasion here than discourses about electronic engineering. A battery powered camera would help. And, of course, since people have been photographing things in the sky since just about the dawn of photography (there were good moon photographs by 1850), it might be possible to figure out how to take a picture of something in the sky that is not automatically blurry.

And they say I'm mentally unhinged...

I don't believe in crap without evidence...

It's a security camera, pointing it at the sky when it's there to prevent people breaking in seems a little dumb if you ask me

You think I faked this you're wrong...

Power going off on some farm but here power goes off only in huge storms, that's once in that last 20 years...

Well, you've convinced at least one person......yourself. Congratulations.

Problem for you is that you see other people requesting a much higher level of proof as somehow questioning the validity of your beliefs. Umm...nope. The "higher level of proof" is what would be required by any reasonable cub newspaper journalist, let alone a seasoned UFO researcher. You simply have not met even minimal standards of proof here.
