The point about that video was not whatever it's intended purpose was, it was the claim that it also shows timestamp skipping, while nothing unusual was going on. If you've now allowed the evidence on the card to be overwritten then that's a pity but you can obviously examine other recordings to see if this skipping is something your system does often.

Electrical interference on the power lines strong enough to pass through your filtering and cause interference could cause that glitch in the sound. Power cuts caused by unfortunate animals shorting out distributions are a thing that really happens.
