ACARS messages to UA175 and UA93

No he's just being Beachnut.

I have an idea how it works, which indicates that the message was received by an aircraft in the vacinity of *PIT*. I might not be right though, thus...

The only *conclusion* I've suggested was this...

I'll wait for Cheap Shot, rather than read the whining thanks.

Woody Box? says??
United Airlines tracked a different Flight 93 than the FAA
Woody Box? says??
Flight 175 was duplicated: Threefold Confirmation
Woody Box makes up fake ideas based on loads of ignorance.

I thought you were supporting the failure which is 911 truth and Woody Box. Sorry, you clearly understand 911 and have no idiotic theories about 93 which impacted the ground in PA and flight 175 which impacted a WTC tower. Wait were you the one having problems with 93's engine part in the pond a few hundred feet from impact?

Woody Box has no clue and makes up lies on 911. After you grab the data like you did with idiotic CD theories and debunked the CD liars, you will be able to debunk the Woody Box like liars.

The way it's setup is not like, say, email. There can only be one recipient aircraft per message. If a message was sent to N612UA, no other plane can possibly get it unless the program pins are misconfigured to match another airplane, and it's in the vicinity of the transmitting ground station. I'd be lying if I said I knew exactly how the ACARS service provider routes uplinks to the aircraft. My guess would be that the airlines MCC or OCC(Maintenance Control or Operations Control) sends updated flight plan data to the providers, then the provider selects ground stations based on the flight plan. Its not like an ATC transponder, which is constantly being interrogated and replying to ground stations, its one-way(simplex) VHF radio based communication.

What I do know, having sent ACARS test messages to aircraft, is that one needs to call his airlines MCC and tell them the ship number, SELCAL ID, and location of the aircraft. I've actually called ARINC, who is one of the service providers, and they need the same information to send the message.

Now what would be really interesting, femr, is if you had a downlink from N612UA with latitude and longitude positions that don't match the radar data. But the only 2 downlinks I saw had lat/longs which perfectly matched all the observed data.

LOL--Holy sweet Jesus Femr fraud...

Do you ever get anything right?

You get beat up and proven wrong with your uneducated nonsense everywhere you go...

Dammit! When did Denny's get a Sum41 themed sandwich? Do they sell that in Canada?

Awhile back my friend told me about seeing Something Corporate on a Denny's menu in Arizona, IIRC. I haven't seen them here in Los Angeles, CA yet so I'm not sure how these gems have gotten out across the world.

To be on topic, are Woody Box (great name) and I guess femr2 and Simplicissimus the only ones who still believe this? Like, have the main man, DRG and Rage the Gage subscribed to this?

The existence of the "official" Flight 175 is undoubtedly substantiated by FAA documents (ATC/pilot transcripts etc.) So like Flight 93, United Airlines tracked a different Flight 175 than the FAA. Another case of plane duplication. And for Flight 175 there is strong additional evidence that the plane was duplicated from start

This quote is from Woody Box, I would like to know the strong evidence that UAL175 was duplicated from the start. There were never ever two tracks on UAL175 in Boston Center's Airspace. THis is just a made up lie. Becasue a controller in ZNY decided to start another track on UAL175 no where deos this ever indicate a second aircraft, just a second track.

I posted over on the thread discussing the FlightExplorer data anomolies, specifically to see whether Cheap Shot might pop up and explain how ACARS data routing might work. Perhaps a *failed* message gets reported as being from *PIT*. However, the post was moved here. I'll expand the detail and ask again over there a bit later, though I'd hope some official ACARS behaviour documentation would follow.

If the behaviour of ACARS confirms that *PIT* was the nearest receiver, then it would be *very* odd indeed, yes ?

You really must stop jumping to conclusions Beachnut.

I would like to help you about ACARS but I am not an expert by any means, I have been in the cockpit and have seen them send and recieve them, but not sure how it works, if they use the SELCAL that is just some type of a phone system that uses 4 letters, don't know how that works either. A SELCAL number maybe "DFAG" for that aircraft but its greek to me. I assume you could continue to send ACARS messages even though the aircraft was down. I do know that UAL confirmed UAL175 was down within about 4 minutes of it hitting the tower. I have mentioned in previous posts that AAL would never confirm that AAL11 was down, which probably led to the ghost AAL11 at a later time.

I did a bit of digging, and I'm fairly certain that there is an automatic acknowledgement mechanism between transmitter and receiver, which results in repeated re-send until the receiver sends back an acknowledgement message (automatic).

Until the ack, the message doesn't appear on the *printer* at the receiver end.

If anyone can confirm this behaviour it would be useful.

Believe what ? My intention is to find out the reason for the ACARS message location indicators, and what acknowledgement mechanism is in place for such messages.

Do you have specific details ?

Like CD you waste your time on the ACARS nut case woody box delusions of incredible stupidity. Why can't you figure out anything about 911?

Like physics, time and space are 911 truth's forte.

You better stick with CD, the flying stuff has you all confused.

Why would a message be routed to where a plane should be? Gee, why was the plane not where it should be?

A plane flies at a known speed, the winds are known; you can pinpoint by seconds and minutes the exact spot a scheduled flight will be. On 911 the murderers (911 truth apologize for by harboring idiotic conspiracy theories) killed the pilots and rerouted the aircraft.

As all the nut case CD delusions are fictional, the ACARS stuff is normal and has nothing to do with moronic conspiracy theories 911 truth can conjure up due to stupidity and insanity.

1. Do transmitted ACARS messages indicate the automated acknowledgement within the message text ?

2. Are ACARS messages routed to be transmitted based on expected flight-plan, or live position ?

3. What is the behaviour of the printed ACARS message record in the event of a transmitted message not being received by the aircraft it's sent to ?

Note to Beachnut: If you don't know the answers, please ignore the thread. Am not at all interested in reading your repetative ranting. Thanks.

Well, there is at least evidence of two different take- off times

None of which came FROM the aircraft.

just reread woodybox:

"Now these position informations reveal shocking news: Winter explicitly confirms that United 93 received the last ACARS messages when it was near Fort Wayne (Indiana) and, some minutes later, near Champaign (Illinois):

"...Messages #18 and #19 were sent to the aircraft from CHIDD using the RGS near Champaign, IL CMI as designated in the line "AN N591UA/GL CMI...". Both messages were sent to the printer and Message #19 also activated an audible signal in the aircraft..."
