Merged 9/11 No Plane/Energy Weapon discussion thread

Evidently, I do :D

Stop right there. Take that book. Look at the cover. See the part that reads "Directed Free Energy Technology"? That should have tipped you off any claim she made is junk, and all her arguments invalid.

To recall the flow of the thread we have WTCDust who's made claims of DEWs without supporting evidence of them, a working theory or even a shaky hypothesis. She's also made claims of rapid rustification oxidization, dustification, foamifacation, and whateverfication of steel members. Add on to that she believes that the rising smoke were fumes indicative of a suspicious and sinister process that was destroying the steel. And to cap it off she believes that her PH.d in pharmacology is somehow relevant to the discussion and gives her some kind of authority in a conversation that's essentially all about materials and processes and metallurgy.

I'm sorry WTCDust, but I must call into question: Does your doctorate even exist?

Do you get to smell a lot of collapsed sky-scrapers, crashed planes and dead bodies in your normal line of work?

I've smelled dead human beings while accomplishing my job. I've smelled many other types of fires, both at work and in my personal life.

You can doubt me that it was a strange smell, but you can't retract all the blogs and website entries on the smell, or the news stories about the smell.

"B.S., M.S., PhD."?

I don't think I've ever before seen someone list all their degrees like that. Does Ms. Wood think there are many Ph.D.'s who don't have the previous degrees, that she has to clarify it for us? Or is she trying to impress us with the alphabet after her name?

Me, I don't care about her (or WTC Dust's) degrees. I care about the quality of their arguments. And that metric is not impressive, for Ms. Wood or Ms. Blevins. In fact, it's laughable bad.

What's a "normal" fire smell like? Everything has it's own smell when burned, and most people are unfamiliar with the smell of a burning mix of plastic, wood, electronics, bodies, jet fuel, and whatever else ended up in that pile.

I've smelled plenty of fires. I'm not a fire noob. And I'm not the only one who was surprised by the smell. Do a google.

You seem like you hate women when you refuse to use Dr. in reference to them, even when they earned their degrees. Just saying.

When I was in Nepal I also stood behind a fence. I couldn't see Mt. Everest.

Geometry yet another one of your weak subjects?

Nope. I got excellent grades when I took geometry in the seventh grade.

Hey, man. I walked to the WTC myself, and looked for the buildings. They weren't there. A big pile of building debris wasn't there, either. A rather short fence obscured almost all vision of the debris pile, the few tall pieces notwithstanding.

I went there to see the buildings, and didn't see much at all, except those fumes.

I don't need to doubt anything, I smelled it myself for months. What I doubt is that you have a nose that can tell if a smell is not right for a mix of burning items that you've never smelled burning together before.

It should have smelled strange, you have never smelled it before.

You have not smelled dead human being after being smashed in a gravity event releasing 115 tons of TNT energy twice? Blood burning in the pile. Bones. You never smelled what happen on 911 before. You have made up silly lies, like steel turning to dust.

You have never smelled a thousand humans smashed into small pieces and then burning for weeks in a fire with 220 acres of office equipment and contents. No one had until 911.

If you "disassembled" the towers and stacked all the materials into a 208' x 208' square, how high would that stack approximately be?

Let's say 110 concrete floors at 4" thick to start. That's 36.6' high. What else?

I'd guess about 15% of the original height of the building at a minimum. That would be, say, 16 stories tall.

This is easily tested. Pile some blocks up to the same height. Then knock the blocks down and push them all into a pile.

What items are you suggesting were inside the WTC that weren't inside other buildings on fire that I smelled?

You were there! wow. but you never knew the WTC towers were 95 percent AIR?

The WTC towers were 95 percent air, the floors stacked up by themselves would only go up 36.7 feet. We have 110 stories which would end up being 5.5 stories high if they had not spread themselves across 19 acres.

Math again step in to debunk the 911 truth nonsense you make up using nothing. You just say things, and never try to back them up with math, physic, or any thing close to science.

Why do you refuse to do math?

Unfortunately your expectation was irrelevant to the facts. You are simply confusing the two, either deliberately or accidentally.

If you were behaving rationally, you'd use some of the many months and years you've had researching to learn about the steel cleanup operations. You'd have discovered with some accuracy what the quantity was.
You still do not have this fundamental info, which is a terrible indictment of your poor research methodology.

'It doesn't look right' is not good enough. Any idiot can make that claim.

You know what? Between us two, I'm the scientist. Therefore I am actually the one of us who is in a better position to determine what needs to be done in a scientific study.

It's the height of rationality to mention that in late December 2001, after 27 rain days in NYC between the 9/11 attacks and then, I could still smell the WTC fumes from a mile away. It's not rational to say that came from an office fire.

Remember: at 100 days I was still in observe and wait mode. I hadn't come to any conclusions about what destroyed the WTC. After 100 days of rainy, cold weather, I concluded that nobody would ever be able to convince me that what I was observing was an ordinary fire. 100 days of observation is a lot of days.

I'm only asking you to do the bolded part.

ETA: In fact, you haven't even done the trivial part and clarified your own claim. I'll make it easy, multiple choice.

The author's preface has a clear statement that no claims that Bush or anyone else perpetrated the annihilation of the WTC complex on 9/11 are made __________.

A) In her class
B) In her book

Phunk,

For the last time: I am not here to do your homework for you. I will make this easy for you. If you'd like to claim that something I said is "incorrect" (howsoever you'd like to say that), then DO IT.

Here's the best I can do for you. If you don't have WDTTG? or don't want to get it from the library, then go and download the Author's Preface and quote whatever it is that YOU claim I have gotten wrong.

You are not sending me off on some sort of exercise where I have to prove to you that something I said is

A) Correct
B) Incorrect
C) Up to your standards
D) ______________

I can't speak for X but I respect women who earn their degrees more than I respect the average person for the obvious challenges women go through just to get those degrees. I applaud my aunts Kattie and Alice whom both hold master's degrees, I applaud my mother holds a bachelor's degree, and I applaud my current employer who only holds a simple associate's degree.

You have, or claim to have, a doctorate degree and mistreat it and act a fool for some bat-guano crazy hypothesis that could only work in the comic books... and I should respect you why exactly?

You don't think a fire under a rubble pile can burn through some rain?
