Playing devil's advocate: that isn't the only possible explanation. Another explanation is that the Commission was fed false information and they fell for it. Maybe the labs who did the DNA analysis on the tissue samples lied. Maybe someone in the chain of custody from the crash site to the labs tampered with the tissue samples. Maybe someone in the chain of custody of the blood samples from the relatives tampered with that. Maybe someone planted the tissue samples at the crash site, and everyone involved in the chains of custody and the analysis were completely honest.

The stupidity of this statement is illustrated by the fact that a) no one claimed all the evidence the Commission received is faked and b) the entire purpose of this thread, as well as the Commission's own comments is that they were prevented from accessing all of the evidence.

So? They're still sure that 9/11 was a terrorist attack by 19 Islamic terrorists. And the point still stand that if you don't think that they were in on it, that you must believe that they were duped while you are somehow able to see through the ruse. Which begs the question of how you are able to see through it but they weren't. It's a rhetorical question, so don't worry about answering it, I know you wouldn't anyway.
