For some meaning of the words "uncontrollably" and "spreading" that are not standard English.
Just how many nations does it have to be spreading in to be international in your definition? Korea? Japan? Italy? Iran? soon it will spread out from the middle of the alphabet and we'll see cases in Macedonia and France, then Peru and Chile.

Awww shucks - first cases in Germany, three persons affected in two locations, and the couple is currently being isolated in the small town hospital ... that I just drove by earlier in the day on my bicycle when I returned from my doctor because ... I have fever and a cough 
(and so so quite a number of my choir mates - a small-group rehearsal scheduled for tonight was canceled because 5 of the 7 or 8 participants have flu symptoms).
As a first result, schools and kindergartens will be closed tomorrow.

TA's paranoia is beginning to rub off on me. How long until this thing goes supernova? It could just slowly progress as we get into nicer weather and come back with a vengeance this Fall. I guess I should stock up on few supplies.
