Right. And your proof is?Alas, Musk doesn't subscribe to this. But that doesn't deter fanboys from chanting a free speech mantra.

Elon Musk has declared his position on freedom of speech in a new X

Laudable. I can't fault this. The problem is the speed with which the laws of the countries are eliminating such freedom. Ireland is a trail blazer.

I saw his post and thought it concise and no doubt carefully made. After posting I considered it is not as helpful as it seems, for reasons you suggest.I am not sure how that is enforced, and if it is enforced the way it sounds then it is not laudable.
Let’s say he releases it in Saudi Arabia or India and the governments want opposition suppressed. Does he do that for the governments of those countries? If so, it is not laudable at all.
Here’s the thing, social media platforms don’t need to have the same standards as governments. They need to allow exchange of ideas but stop the site becoming a sewer which will drive away the all but the most toxic posters.
Will have to go back to check the discussion. Will you be addressing the comments made about your previous claims?
Too late for that. The lies are already out there and
Assuming you recall correctly, those previous reviews obviously didn't do the job.
BTW guess who are the most followed accounts on X?
#1. Elon Musk with 170 million followers
#2. Barack Obama with 132 million
#9. Donald J Trump 87 million
Unfortunately 70% of Musk's followers 'may be' bots, while Obama 'only' attracts 40%. So in terms of 'real' followers, Obama is probably the most 'popular' X account.
Hmm, seems X is not the den of MAGAts some people would have us believe (but even if it is, so what?).
Highly disingenuous, seeing as you already waved off incontrovertible evidence having to do with Media Matters. That's just one of several instances of Musk's free speech hypocrisy that’s been posted to this thread.Right. And your proof is?

I am not agile. That will be a no then.
I am looking mid level, where the bodies are buried.Have you managed to identify any specific issues in the Media Matters report yet?
I am looking mid level, where the bodies are buried.
Media Matters is communism. Musk is opposed.

Gosh, I'd HATE to grow up in a place where I get my food, clothes and education for free! Where someone else pays when I have to go to the doctor! A nightmare where I get free presents at Birthday and Christmas, and even Vacations, when I don't even work!
In some places, this Communist Dystopia is called a Family.
Sounds like a teenager's dream.
why is it a dream?
I suppose for some teenagers it's even a reality: and then they have to grow up and leave the nest.
I think you are dreaming yourself.
What kind of income would a teenager need to receive to pay for everything on that list and still have enough time to study for a better job in the future?
Who would pay an untrained teenager that sort of money?
And, more importantly, why are you giving the freeloading 12, 10, 8, 6 and 4 year olds a pass?
They could be working in the mines or at least carry water to the workers, but because they are slightly younger, they get everything for free.
You are clearly a Communist.
I just ran this disjointed rambling through a Samsonese to English translator:Here is the thing.
There are countless people with mainstream views that Jack Dorsey banned, then Elon Musk welcomed back.
He bought the company to allow main stream views back into the public discourse.
Raking the coals of the media matters debacle obfuscates the fundamental concerns of the free speech unions around the world. I am particularly interested in the New Zealand free speech union. They have prevented doxxings by fast and aggressive actions. It is vital that people in the internet age can be anonymous, because they are raising children which is expensive, and have mortgages that are expensive. Most people here float way above the common plebiscite with no mortal concerns.
Losing jobs because people violate Jack Dorseys rules is a slug in the guts, and destroys families.
I just ran this disjointed rambling through a Samsonese to English translator:
It's OK to suppress speech when it's meanies being mean to Elon Musk.
- The text supports Elon Musk's decision to buy Twitter and allow more diverse views on the platform.
- The text criticizes Jack Dorsey's decision to ban people with mainstream views from Twitter.
- The text accuses the media of ignoring the importance of free speech and focusing on a report by Media Matters that showed ads next to pro-Nazi posts on the platform.
- The text admires the New Zealand Free Speech Union, a group that defends and promotes freedom of speech and opposes censorship and hate speech laws.
- The text argues that anonymity is vital for people who express their opinions online, because they face the risk of losing their jobs and families if they violate Jack Dorsey's rules.
If I am allowed to reply, my position isI asked Copilot what the text means:
So found one legitimate use of Copilot AI!
It is as I said - Samson supports Nazis spreading their filth on X, and those Nazis should be allowed to remain anonymous to avoid consequences for spreading their dangerous and murderous filth.
If I am allowed to reply, my position is
Hitler bad.
Stalin bad.
Putin bad.
Xi Peng bad.
Musk good.

Bill Gates similarly is good because he is putting total surveillance on what people do online.Musk is good because he is putting total surveillance on what people do online and where they go in their car - or stopping their car from working at all, or have it drive somewhere where he wants, not where you want you to go.
And, of course, he is putting microchips into people's heads to even control their thoughts and emotions.
that means that Musk is Jesus, not the other guy, right?
By all means cite the post where Samson talks about nazis. You forgot to add on "Nazis good."
If Musk actually believes this, he's bat **** crazy. However I suspect you've extrapolated based on something he's said that is less unhinged.Bill Gates similarly is good because he is putting total surveillance on what people do online. Windows is now policed for personal views, and your computer can be switched off by microsoft. However because Musk states this it will be false.
He Xed this two days ago if you missed it, with a screen shot of Billy's plan, but it will be disinformation as Musk is bad.

"Just bought a new PC laptop and it won’t let me use it unless I create a Microsoft account, which also means giving their AI access to my computer! This is messed up.
There used to be an option to skip signing into or creating a Microsoft account.
Are you seeing this too?"

There followed a screen shot of Microsoft policy, will try to find.
Seem to be work arounds to be sure, but most people won't bother. There was more I can't find for now, except it had social rules that were Californian driven, where Microsoft can switch you off.How to set up Windows without a Microsoft Account: https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/install-windows-11-without-microsoft-account
Took me a second to find that. What exactly is Musk good at Samson?
Link in post above yours. It leads to a discussion showing workarounds.I’ve looked at his X feed, and there’s nothing about that. Was it in reply to someone?
And would it kill you to post a link?

Musk has a biography out, I will purchase it, read it and report back. He seems good at breeding for example.
