The quotation without context is a subtle strawman:

Several of my posts criticizing him were moved to AAH and I was warned, so I fear that pointing this out in the thread would break the rules.
smartcooky contradicts himself: He lists antivaxxers who weren't "anything close to Marxists", but continues to claim that antivaxxers were mainly left-wing before the pandemic - without any list as documentation.
