I sent a picture of the “Prince of Peace” with a Christmas card to the Philippines, and asked the spirit of Ama when He comes if that is how Jesus Christ looked like. On New Year’s Day, Primitivo Tabo, Jr. of NYC called me and said that Ama said that it is.

Un, no. That's not the deal. I know a guy who talks to Jesus' dad all the time. He's on Channel 72. The deal was that Jesus would suffer like Jesus did so that we wouldn't have to if we bought into the whole routine.

I think she had a television set and heard about St. Ronald of Borax's Zip Zap Zoom plans and believed it. It appears she's as gullible as you are.

Many of these really make the old crone's methodology pretty apparent. She learned something from an obscure book and pulled it out of her nether regions when the masses (er, two people is "masses", right?) demanded more. She heard news reports and embroidered them or speculated on where the stories could lead, and when in doubt, she dredged up Sunday School stuff from the Baby Jeebus Coloring Book and wove those into predictions.

She's just following the lead of all the prophets who preceded her,... pulling stuff out of common legend and knowledge and trying to make it all holy-sounding in order to bilk the viewers/listeners out of a free meal.
