Yeah, no one believes you about any of that. Not only is it not your problem that we don't believe it's not a problem at all. To not get duped by a fraud is a good thing. It's the being taken in by a fraud which is a problem and one that you have.

PC, has there ever been a year when there isn't excessive destruction of "things and properties that are beneficial to the lives of man by powerful storms or what we call as typhoons, hurricanes, or cyclones"?

How is it you don't see that Maria Liwayway Alvaran hasn't given any authentic prophecies?

Easier said than done - trapped by the Sunk Cost fallacy, and sinking deeper through the paradoxical tendency of believers to reinforce their belief in the face of contradictory argument and evidence ('faith must be tested'). Often, only a complete change of environment or lifestyle will break the delusion.

It was back in 1982 when I was on home leave that I first read about Ka Apaz and the Voice (Ama) in the Philippine Panorama magazine issued on 1980-03-30. What attracted me to this Lent Issue of the magazine are the 19 prophecies that the Voice revealed on 1979-10-19. I checked if what a clairvoyant predicted will come true or not.



I did not have time to visit the place stated in the article as I was going back to my work overseas but I brought the magazine with me. It was the following year, 1983, during my home leave that I went to the place. So my association with Ka Apaz and Ama spans from 1983 to present. I told you that it took me eleven years (1983-1994) before I accepted that the spirit who we talk to is the spirit of Jesus Christ (http://aristean.org/wp113.htm titled “From doubt to belief”) because what was at stake was my very own soul which I believe will live forever either in Heaven or in Hell.



Ama said in 1986-06-13 in http://aristean.org/d13a-pah2.mp3 (in Filipino) that the wick of the lamp is the Philippines. Watch out when this will be lighted. World War III will happen in the middle of the year on a Wednesday.

None of that bovine excrement contradicts my claim that the woman you're speaking to is a con artist and "Ama" is a fiction she made up to better manipulate you.

You've told us all sorts of things that are clearly untrue. Why should we believe this claim, for which you have failed to present any evidence?

ETA: the "prophecies" are not evidence for this claim, because they are entirely consistent with simply having been made up.

I'm glad to know there's a name for this. I can't tell you how many jobs I've stayed in over my life because of having already invested so much time in them.

You may read my reply to Akhenaten on message #1184, page 30, http://www.internationalskeptics.com/forums/showpost.php?p=9842296&postcount=1184 regarding storms in the Philippines. You will note that most of these deadly and destructive storms happened after 1980.

Let me get this straight.

I make up a supernatural entity, claim to be channelling it, spew a bunch of obvious observations observations about how the world works, call them prophesies, and stupid people will give me gobs of money and their loyalty?!?!

Too bad I have morals and object to exploiting special needs people.

Or hasn't Ama ever heard of the Richter Scale (and if she hasn't, you haven't).

Also is this nine strong Earhquakes each year, or the total number since the prediction? Do you even know? (My bet is that PC does not know)

And if you can't define either of these things, this is just another pile of bull, like every other thing that this lying old witch tells you.
