What happened on 1976-02 that sadden the whole world? I remember Ama saying about bowls (“mangkok”) that were poured out by His angels (Revelation 16).

So it wasn't fulfilled, then? What saddened the whole world in that month?
A prophecy that was incredibly vague and could've referred to anything, yet it still didn't come true.
 
Well, here's what Wiki says happened in February 1976:


February 4
The 1976 Winter Olympics begin in Innsbruck, Austria.
In Guatemala and Honduras an earthquake kills more than 22,000.
February 5 – Nearly 2,000 students become involved in a racially charged riot at Escambia High School in Pensacola, Florida; 30 students are injured in the 4-hour fray.
February 9 – The Australian Defence Force is formed by unification of the Australian Army, the Royal Australian Navy and the Royal Australian Air Force.

The only thing which comes close to fulfilling the prophecy is the earthquake in Guatemala, which was a tragedy, but hardly something which saddened the whole world. 40 years ago with no rolling news, most people would be completely unaware of the true extent of the devastation. However, the "from the source" makes no sense at all if the earthquake was what was meant.

The prophecy is so vague as to be meaningless anyway, and given that disasters resulting in loss of life occur with depressing frequency, it's really unimpressive.

That seems to be a theme for the "Ama" nonsense. It's an old "Psychic" trick. Making vague claims sets the stage for confirmation bias to loop in the gullible and stupid.

It's figurative burning! See, Bruce Springsteen was on the Born To Run tour in 1976 and half of that album's songs mention fire.

"Trying in vain to breathe the fire we was born in..."

“Every year since 1973, during the last days of December, the Voice would tell of significant ‘things to come’ the coming year. And the events had taken place as previously announced by the Voice.

“For one, the Voice told of the Guatemala catastrophe two months before it happened. The announcement was made on Christmas eve, Dec. 24, 1975. The Voice announced then: ‘In the second month of the new year (1976) mankind will witness an event that will be cause for great sorrow ...’ Evidently and undoubtedly, the Voice was referring to the Guatemala catastrophe that was to take place in February, 1976.”

The blind woman is Maria Liwayway Alvaran or Ka Apaz. The Voice is the spirit of Ama.

Your translation seems to differ somewhat from that of Marcial Aguila, PC.
What happened to it "making the whole world sad"? A little editing in his article because the event didn't do so, perhaps?
