Nom'ed for pith. Gave me a big grin.We know they can move goalposts.
... When that file is played through this PC (all being well) it should alter with obvious differences, also altering the original file and any other copies made.
To be realistic, I could be dealing with a bunch of religious spirits who replicate signs of Christ with no real outcome. So far I've witnessed raised dead? 2 healings and 75 pieces of art intended for charity. I can't overlook that something so positive is afoot. The fact that they harp on about Angels, creatures and the devil, I'd say if there is a spirit world, that sort of conversation would be their norm.
Pair-idolia.
2 random thoughts:
1. I've followed this thread since the beginning and have read every post. Yet when Flaccon posts I feel like there are huge chunks of the conversation that I haven't seen. It seems she constantly casually mentions some new data as if we've been discussing it the whole time.
2. I'd love to see a thread like this sometime where the only responder is Pixel42.
And why does the real world look so much like what we'd expect if there were no spirits? Why does the spirit world look so much like what humans expect it too?
flaccon, I'd like to know something if you please:
While we are sitting here discussing pictures of stuff and having a jolly old time, what precisely are 'the press' and your 'P.I team' doing?
Exactly. I've said this before, but it takes a staggering level of arrogance to sustain a paranormal belief while rejecting others (no one can possibly accept every supernatural claim), because it ultimately comes down to a belief that other people can be fooled or make mistakes, but you're uniquely objective. This thread is just another example of an old problem.
Well you did a great job because luckily, not so many American's believe in such a creature...Some of my fondest memories are of confronting Neil Burgstahler about 4th dimensional Bigfoots. I was eventually labeled an NSA operative, with a prime-directive of convincing Americans that there was no such thing as Bigfoot.
This is still my favourite thread.
It's my favourite thread since Visionfromfeeling in fact
There have been no other comparable threads recently of this calibre.
Ah, VFF.
Do you remember Ben Franklin's ghost?
Kumar's threads can be fun and the last one was most instructive, but yes, flaccon's willingness to actually participate and engage ASKE, etc., make her posts much more engaging than Kumar's.
In addition I'm learning a lot in this thread about the reproduction of sound, so that puts in this thread in the #1 spot for me as well.
In any case, it'll be fun to see how the ASKE challenge plays out.
