The supposed cartwheel was not ever brought up until the first trial, in early 2009. I guess the police forgot about it until that point. Even Dr. Giobbi, that supposed expert in using behavior to identify criminals, did not list it in his criteria for identifying her.

The fact that the theory expressed above does not make any logical sense, they consider it an irrelevant detail.

The fact that their assumptions are plain proven falsehoods, is also seen as an irrelevant detail.
By the way, not only tey have plain false assumptions as fundaments, they also remove the existence of parts and chapters of reality (for example, Mario Spezi and the Narducci case don't exist, testimonies don't exist etc.).

The Central Scrutinizer appears to have a preference for railing against conspiracy theories that do no harm. He doesn't seem to be interested in the ones that actually have teeth, and might require action.

This from the poster that says the Hellmann court was corrupt and took bribes paid by Media types through the Masons. Guess that is also an irrelevant detail and doesn't make logical sense.

Right. BTW, you were there for the verdict, correct? I've got to know, did Nencini drool a little as he addressed the court? Did he mention anything about Masons?

Or that the American media is somehow being bamboozled or bought by Knox's PR supertanker, keeping regular folks from learning the truth of this case. I seem to recall Andrea Vogt implying this recently, but I could be wrong.

Here's your chance TCS.

I firmly believe that the evidence shows that Oswald acted alone, that Apollo really happened, and that 9/11 was the work of Al Qaeda.

So... provide the evidence that Knox killed Kechner. Evidence that will stand up to the same level of scientific scrutiny as the evidence for JFK's murder, the Apollo moon landings, and 9/11.

Provide me with a timeline of the killings that matches all of the evidence, just as I have seen for the JFK murder, the Apollo moon landings, and 9/11.

Provide me with a narrative of what happened that night that includes all of the evidence and makes scientific sense, just as can be done with the JFK assassination, the moon landings, and 9/11.

Finally, provide me with a motive that makes sense, just like can be done with JFK, the moon landings, and 9/11.

If you have all of this you should be able to convince me of Guilt beyond a reasonable doubt easy.

So... will you accept the challenge, or will you merely claim that the court has it all and refuse to post it? The ball is in your court, I'm waiting for you to convince me that you are right by showing me your evidence.

Perhaps you saw the movie with Hayden Panettiere or a promo for it? They put it in there, it was part of the mythology of the case.

However if there was a tape of it...heh...the Perugian police will never admit to that! Despite wiretapping them for days, recording their conversations elsewhere in the Questura (main police station) on other days and taping other witness statements they claim there's utterly no record of that 10:15 PM to 5:45 AM overnight interrogation session that netted them those confused statements that led to their big arrest.

Weird, huh?

I must also state that if you asked me her name yesterday, i would have answered Amanda Fox.

Maybe that is indicative of the very casual reader of the press coverage, all i could remember was the cartwheel and the fact she is attractive.

Despite all the Devotional Drivel posted here, regardless of how many guided trips thru Meridith's bowels(ugh) and regardless of tales of Two Girls one Bra and ignoring proof that the window could be entered by any random world class climber the court found her guilty.

It's almost as if Italian courts don't take any notice of obscure internet forums.
