Dean Clifford Discussion Thread

That is what I suspect will happen, it why I always ask people who rant against the ebil gub'mint doing this or that why they are not in an armed rebellion against it. They should be if they actually believed what they state, the FMOLT will face the same great question; if I'm right and the government is wrong what can I do about it?

Give up

Complain

Political activism

Fight

You forgot one. Move to Utah.

Sorry Marplots I don't understand the cultural reference of 'move to Utah', what does that mean in context to my 4 point list?

It means escape the oversight of the government by escaping civilization itself. Utah wasn't as good an example as Idaho would be. You may remember the Unibomber? He was big-time anti-tech and modern life. He ended up in a shack in Idaho.

Utah isnt a "freeman" option

32A-12-206. Unlawful sale or supply of beer.

(1) A person may not sell, offer to sell, or otherwise furnish or supply beer to the general public in containers larger than two liters. This does not preclude licensed beer wholesalers from selling, offering to sell, or otherwise furnishing or supplying beer in containers larger than two liters to beer retailers authorized by this title to dispense beer on draft for consumption on the beer retailer's licensed premises.

(2) A person may not purchase or possess beer in containers larger than two liters unless the person is a beer retailer authorized by this title to dispense beer on draft for consumption on the beer retailer's licensed premises.

Doesn't apply to FOTLers.

Natural selection at work in modern society. . .

Dean's in a pretty bad place right now.

His failure to show up for his August court date and his flight from the province, probably in violation of a bail agreement he doesn't want his minions to know about, likely means the court doesn't want to grant bail fearing Dean will run and the cops will have to track him down all over again.

As if the hole isn't deep enough it looks like Dean's on the hook with marihuana growing operation and weapon charges. The courts really don't like drug operations defended by shotguns, however old the perp may say they are. The only way this part could be worse would be if the drug was meth and the guns were stolen, full auto Uzies, loaded with "cop killer" ammo.

Not content with this deep pit Dean just can't stop digging. Rather then come up with a plausable excuse for not showing up in court and some sort of reasonable argument regarding the grow-op and weapons, Dean insists on repeating the already failed freeman argument that the court just doesn't have jurisdiction over him. . .because he never granted it!

And the poor boy sure ain't helping himself by sending messages out over the web saying the judges and the cops are stupid and corrupt.

I think we are seeing natural selection at work in modern society.

I always had this scenario in mind for Menard, never mind he may still yet surprise me.

Dean has a chip on his shoulder that makes Menard's look like wood shavings.

Clifford goes miles out of his way to find laws to break, agreements to renege on and locate cops to assault just so he can get into court and pretend to lord over the judge.

Any guy who loves jail because it gives him a chance to bad mouth jail and court house staff doesn't have his head on straight.

Clifford, who'll go through multiple jailings just to get back at "the man" certainly doesn't have any problem twisting the law into and knot and then misleading supplicant freemen about it all.

How is this getting back at THE MAN, when he gets free Board and Meals, and probably has enough acolytes, true believers, genuinely concerned citizens who will put money into his Prison account for the duration of his stay, and allow him to buy extra stuff, again at no personal cost?

Isn't this the True Freeman Ultimate Wet Dream? To get everything at no cost to himself?

In order to gain true inner freedom one must become oblivious to physical freedom.
