As a result, the citizens’ judge found him guilty on two counts of falsifying information to federal and state election officials. He was thus sentenced to the maximum prison term for these offenses of 10 years and ordered to immediately surrender himself into the custody of the citizens of the United States and Florida.

I'm sure "We the People" agree with our choice of prosecutor.....oh wait I don't remember making that choice.
 
Wait, what's the link between Posse Commitattus and the Citizen's Grand Jury? I missed that in the wiki article. The Citizen's Grand Jury is an outgrowth of PC theory, but I thought the woo was that it was somewhere in the constitution. Is that so completely imaginary that they're now making references up instead of just misreading?

My post was based on my memory of when the PC movement was making noise in my area, one of their tactics was the CGJ but right now I can't find any references to it, they're all too recent, 911, impeach Obama, and such are all I see.

Bumping this for some relevant information I heard on the news today.

Loretta Fuddy, the director of Hawaii's Department of Health and the one who personally certified that Obama's birth certificate was authentic and remains on file in their records office, was in a plane crash on Wednesday and died as a result. The birthers, naturally, are jumping on this with both feet (and no brains), claiming that she was being silenced in order to keep the secret. The resident "celebrity" birther, Donald Trump, apparently has tweeted about it, and the birther queen herself, Orly Taitz, is apparently calling for an immediate ruling in her many lawsuits against the President by the judges to decide the merits of her "evidence" and move to trial.

Setting aside entirely the fact that it is extremely difficult to plan a plane crash such that only one person dies and everyone else survives, the immediate knee jerk reaction by the birther crowd is both sad and hysterically funny at the same time. The second article I linked to wonders if the birthers think we're living in the plot of the show "Scandal"; because very little of their claims make any sense. Quite amusing reading, if you have time.
 
As for Birthers proving how low they'll sink, I'll just leave this here from a prolific Birther debunker:

Edit: And Orly Taitz should be damn careful as to what she does next. She still has an open case in Hawaii against the DoH, and I wouldn't begrudge the DoH if they suddenly decides that some very hefty sanctions are waranted for her behavior.

Disgusting behavior from the Queen of spiders for eyelashes. Deplorable.

She sent a "letter" to Keith Yamamoto (who was the last person to hold Fuddy as she passed away) asking him what the exact procedures/policies are for issuing LFCOLB in Hawaii (beacuse of one issued to a Ah'nee Randolph which was obtained by World Nut Daily's Jerome Corsi, who had pestered Ah'Nee-Randolph's employer to demand her to present one.

There is also a long "what if/ help me find" post on Orly Taitz's warez infected site ( I will not link to her), asking how Fuddy's relationship with a Ah'nee-Randolph and her position in the US Disctricut court over 30 years ago, had anything to do with the "doctoring" of the LFCOLB that she "witnessed" in issuing to Obama in 2012.

Really, Orly Taitz is just a despicable human being.

This is just a guess, since I'm not sacrificing any brain cells to read the actual CTs, but the theories are probably more like either:

1) Fuddy was murdered while the plane was still in flight (or even poisoned before boarding the plane), and the plane was crashed in an attempt to cover it up. The crash was meant to kill a bunch of other people, so Fuddy's death wouldn't stand out, but the Conspirators messed that part up.

2) The first responders were actually assassins who murdered Fuddy, and the plane crash was an both an excuse for them to get to her and a means of providing a cover story for her death.
 
WOW! I just read the site. Apparently none of the photo 'experts' commenting, nor the author of the site, understand the effect of aperture opening and shutter speed on depth of field. An evening course in photography might be in order.
