Merged Obama birth certificate CT / SSN CT / Birther discussion Part II

.. But wait, it gets better. Apparently the Cold Cuts Posse is now working on the theory that Obama is actually Saudi, that he "didn't exist" in the US until age 5, and that Russia was involved in making sure he was made president.

In other words, they've completely jumped the shark. Of course, this wasn't actually meant to be public, but one of those constitutional sheriff's went and wet himself all over Facebook out of sheer excitement. He subsequently removed the reveal, but as we all know, the interwebs doesn't forget that easily...

Saudi, planted by Russians????? Do these guys write bad action movie screenplays???:boggled:

Considering the evidence I've seen in this thread on Obama's going to college you'd have to be especially rabid to think he didn't do so.

Then you'd have to wonder about the evil conspiracy dudes who planned this

So, # one says, we find someone who believes in our ideas and help him become president

No, # two says, we find someone and fake every aspect of his life and then help him become president

# One yeah that's a much better idea!

Oh noes, Sheriff Kessler has had a mad, and has taken his ball and gone home, all because the Cold Cuts Posse told him that an armed march on Washington wasn't what they had in mind :(

No. You must have failed to read the whole Allyn Root article.

"I called Obama “the Ghost of Columbia University.” I pointed out (as I’ve said in the media for many years now) that Obama may have been registered at Columbia, may have graduated from Columbia, but he was rarely (if ever) seen for the two years in-between. It’s a strange, mysterious and frightening story."
Ooo...frightening!

Yeah, well the recent scandals and revelations do indeed point to a deep, vast dark conspiracy involving his entire administration and perhaps his entire life, beginning with his dubious Hawaii birth and now continuing with the illegal surveillance of all digital communications of every American including you.
"Don't stop...believin'."

I do or have adjuncted at several local colleges. I got to wondering why I rarely seem to see my former students in the paper on the Weddings page or the like. So I dug out some old grade books with the names of students in classes I taught 10-15 years ago. Many of the names I didn't even vaguely recognize. If the names appear in the paper, it's likely that they don't even ring a bell to me. Of course, I can't speak for other professors, but my "student name data storage" capacity is definitely limited.

Some time ago I read an article in a science magazine that was discussing name and face recognition and it said the average person has the capacity to actively remember only 2 to 3 hundred people at a time.

I thought this whole thing had blown over. Silly me. A freakin' congresscritter, no less. Un-******-believable.

I liked the suggestion put forward by one of the commentators.

Thommy Bacon Southwick said:
These are the times Dems need to introduce a good bill such as a job, banking reform and so on. Then go massively to the public and say, see what we are doing and this is what they are doing. Dems need new leadership and PR in a bad way.You can wait till the next election start now. Get on every news program local and national and say this and say it over and over again, this what we were doing and this is what they are doing.

Hmmm, I seem to remember a huge jobs bill Obama proposed that was poo pooed by the GOP.

If it involved spending of any sort, the Teahaddists probably shut it down fairly quicklly and managed to hog the airtime over it.

Hey, I was wrong! Klayman's citizenship grand jury did actually do something:

http://www.wnd.com/2013/09/obamas-reckoning-is-here/ <--- Straight from the horse's mouth. (apology to any horses in our viewing audience.)

This is a twofer, at the least. First, the already debunked birth certificate nonsense. But now we have an opportunity to discuss the Citizen's Grand Jury nonsense. This is a new one on me, so is there anyone here who can explain how this is meant to work?

It's kind of a parallel to the Freedmen of the Land lunacy. They can't succeed with their nonsense in real court so they invent their own imaginary one.

They are particularly special aren't they?
I propose bringing the victims of his reign of terror to a podium across from the White House in Lafayette Park to give their testimony on how he has singularly severely harmed and in some instances even killed their loved ones through his actions.

The last I heard of the Citizen's Grand Jury was from the Posse Comitatus bunch. It was just some disgruntled malcontents getting together and declaring they were a grand jury then inditing everyone in sight. Some got in legal trouble for filing false liens on property.

The Posse Comitatus (from the Latin phrase meaning "force of the county") is a loosely organized far right social movement that opposes the Federal government of the United States and believes in localism. There is no single national group, and local units are autonomous.

Posse charters were issued in 1969 in Portland, Oregon, by Henry Lamont Beach, "a retired dry cleaner and one-time member of the Silver Shirts, a Nazi-inspired organization that was established in America after Hitler took power in Germany".[1] William Potter Gale has been described by one expert as the founder of the movement.[2]

Posse members believe that there is no legitimate form of government above that of the county level and no higher law authority than the county sheriff.[citation needed] If the sheriff refuses to carry out the will of the county's citizens:

...he shall be removed by the Posse to the most populated intersection of streets in the township and at high noon be hung by the neck, the body remaining until sundown as an example to those who would subvert the law.[3][4]
