The real reason that Brairs won't post that link is that anyone that views it will know that it's just another lie. Nobody is going to cross the road there unless their destination is the cottage or an intent to photograph the cottage from the quite dangerous position against the rail on that narrow road.

If Rudy was worried that someone could walk down those steps and then see him climbing in through the window, he need only walk back to the gate to see if there were anybody on those lighted steps or in the lighted garage headed his way. More likely, he assumed that if nobody was currently home, they wouldn't be comming home any time soon on this long Holliday weekend.

Can you google view to cottage gate piazza Grimana? It comes up . The car park is just around the corner of the building on the right. You also will be able to see the view to the gate from the piazza rail. The rail next to the bench where Curatolo sat.

As I said, none of the videos show this.

The video you linked to does not show what you claim it does at the time required by your arguement.

Daytime traffic on a normal day does not equate to 20:30 traffic on a public holiday.

Most noticable is the pedestrian behaviour, which is thoroughly incompatible with your claimed behavioural norms.

I think you are right about the aggravating factor for the calunnia still being on the table in the current appeal. I was doing my best to wade through the SC decision ordering the retrial (this is the injustice-anywhere translation) to find out for sure. I think this bit applies:

Briars you might as well be showing a video of the road on a day it is closed for a parade and showing us all the people on it that could see the cottage.

Briars please look at the shadows made by the cars. The shadows are directly under the cars not to one side. The video was shot near the middle of the day. There is no shadow from the man walking.
