how on earth can asthma and autism impact on evolution?

what does MMR have to do with Autism and Asthma, you have proved no link to date

Tobacco Smoke

Tobacco smoke has been linked to a higher risk of asthma as well as a higher risk of death due to asthma, wheezing, and respiratory infections. In addition, children of mothers who smoke - and other people exposed to second-hand smoke - have a higher risk of asthma prevalence. Adolescent smoking has also been associated with increases in asthma risk.
The above is idiocy.

I knew one kid who had asthma when I was a kid. Everyone smoked and second hand was almost first hand smoke everywhere. Yet the asthma surge didn't begin till a decade after people, including myself, began to wise up about smoking in the 70s.

Vaccines are the likely cause of the onslaught of asthma in children.

I'm sure statistical charts for autism, asthma, and required vaccine schedules could be taken as overlays of each other.

Asthma rates have been surging around the globe over the past three decades, and for a long time researchers thought they had a good idea of what might be fueling the increase: the world we live in is just a little too clean. According to this notion—known as the hygiene hypothesis—exposure in early childhood to infectious agents programs the immune system to mount differing highly effective defenses against disease-causing viruses, bacteria and parasites. Better sanitary conditions deprive the immune system of this training, so that for reasons that are still unclear, the body pounces on harmless particles—such as dust and ragweed—as if they were deadly threats. The resulting allergic reaction leads to the classic signs of asthma: chronic inflammation or swelling of the airways and acute spasms of those passageways.

the body pounces on harmless particles—such as dust and ragweed
Isn't that exactly what vaccines cause the body to do when the vaccine's "virus" is encountered?

No, they cause the immune system to "pounce on" antigens specific to the harmful pathogen the vaccine protects against, not random "harmless particles".

ETA: This specificity is why vaccines don't always even protect against all strains of a particular virus, as for example reported in an article recently cited on this page.

Not exactly, no. The immune system learns to respond to an attenuated version of the disease-causing virus, and consequently it can more effectively respond when it encounters the real virus.

The difference is that although the version in the vaccine does not cause the particular disease, it is still something to which the immune system ought to respond and the immune system does indeed appropriately recognise it as a pathogen and respond. The problem for asthmatics is that their immune system responds to things which it ought not to regard as pathogens.

Don't you see the difference?

so once again you cannot prove your assertions clayton just links to things you have not read fully or you think support your assertions

Clayton, what evidence do you have for a causative correlation between vaccination and asthma?

When crap like the above is presented it's to protect an agenda. That's what lies are for.

The above nonsense causation is easily invalidated.

When I was a kid everyone smoked and second hand was almost first hand smoke everywhere and had been for over fifty years. Yet the asthma surge didn't begin till a decade after people, including myself, began to wise up about smoking in the 70s.

That doesn't answer my question.

Your evidence for vaccines causing asthma is an article about tobacco smoke causing asthma?

Anyone else see the problem here?

How does that address the question put to you?

Immunization has been in practice since well before the 70s. And there were ant-vaccination people back then as well. And back then, as you are now, they were wrong.
