Your premises are subjective interpretations and baseless assumptions. In other words; Flights of fantasy arisen from confusion about what seems obvious to you now, in hindsight, versus what decisions then, in real time, were made.
It seems very vain of you to assume that you would have pieced it all together if you had been in charge of intelligence before 9/11, when the people who were actually working the problems didn't.

You are assuming premises that I made based on facts not entered into evidence. I have listed the facts I had, the sources for these facts and the conclusions I was able to make based these facts. None of the conclusion have any relation to the premises you claim I made. But your reply makes clear that you know virtual nothing why the attacks on 9/11 were deliberately allowed to take place by the CIA and FBI HQ.
The CIA and FBI HQ knew about this huge attack well ahead of time, and even knew that Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi were inside of the US in order to take part in this huge attack, and then FBI HQ, under orders from the CIA, shut down the criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi by FBI agents on the Cole bombing investigation when both the CIA and FBI HQ knew this would allow this huge al Qaeda terrorist attack to take place and that it would result in the murder thousands of Americans. The CIA even knew specifically that thousands of people would be killed in the World Trade Center Towers because of this attack, information they apparently did not share with FBI HQ.
The CIA had been told on June 12, 2001 according to the 9/11 Commission report, that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was directing this attack and that he was recruiting many al Qaeda terrorists in the summer of 2001 to be sent into the United States to link up with other al Qaeda terrorists already inside of the United States, Khalid al-Mihdhar and Nawaf al-Hazmi in order to carry out this attack. The CIA already had KSM’s Bojinka plot to hijack a number of large US airliners and crash these into the World Trade Center Towers, the Pentagon and the US Capitol building. that

While I did not find any evidence that the CIA shared the information with FBI HQ that thousands of people who worked at the World Trade Center Towers would be murdered in this attack there is now clear and compelling evidence that the CIA must have shared this information with George Bush, President of the US.
George Tenet was informed that both Mihdhar and Hazmi were inside of the US, on August 22, 2001, and Tenet was well aware these al Qaeda terrorists were here to take part in the massive al Qaeda terrorist attack that he had warned Condoleezza Rice about on July 10, 2001, at a urgent meeting right in the White House. He also knew on August 23, 2001, one day later, that Moussaoui had been arrested by Minneapolis FBI. With this information, he flew down to Crawford Texas for a 6 hour long meeting with the President on August 24, 2001.
How do we know about this meeting between the President of the United States and George Tenet, Director of the CIA. Because this meeting was described right on the White House web site.

He had been asked this question at the 9/11 hearings on April 14, 2004, by 9/11 Commissioner Tim Roemer, but told Roemer, the 9/11 Commission and all of America, which we now know was an out and out lie, that he had not talked to the President in all of August 2001.
Now this is truly bizarre. Tenet had 2 ½ years to prepare for this 9/11 Commission public hearing with his own schedule calendar so there is no way he did not clearly remember this meeting with the President on August 24, 2001. What secret was Tenet keeping from the American people, a secret so horrific he would lie to the 9/11 Commission and the American people , who only wanted to know why had the CIA and FBI HQ deliberately allowed the al Qaeda terrorists to carry out the attacks on 9/11.

The CIA had put it together prior to the attacks on 9/11. It turns out they just "let this attack take place" when they had more than enough information to have prevented this huge al Qaeda terrorist attack. This is the information that comes right out of the DOJ IG report when this information is combined with the Moussaoui trial defense exhibits. All they had to do to prevent this huge al Qaeda terrorist attack was not allow FBI HQ to shut down FBI Agent Steve Bongardt's criminal investigation of Mihdhar and Hazmi.
