scrappy says he has answered all my questions:

you say you can hear voices speak clear words. Have you listened to the recordings which flaccon gave me to post here? Until now, no-one except flaccon herself can hear words on them. What can you hear?

I notice that you say you can clearly hear 'the spirits'. Why do you claim that, and how do you think it could be confirmed?

Would you be willing to share with us a recording where you can hear the spirits?

I asked for examples (the best examples) which I could post here. Have you listened to them? We are interested to know what words you hear.

What is transference?

There are lots of posts in this thread and I might well have missed some but I can't find scrappy's answers to any of these. Could some kind soul direct me to where scrappy has answered them please?

I can't find his answers either. He has consistently dodged every question that you (and indeed I and many other posters) has put to him.

Has he sent you any PMs?

Tracy has not told one lie . Tracy also offered to play you some of the older recordings containing the demon voice., to which you replied " its best I don't hear any of those "

From my post #141 in this thread:

Another thing that occurs to me is that flaccon may, deliberately or genuinely, misread Alderbank's reaction. The usual story seems to be that those who don't believe in the spirits are afraid of them, or afraid of having their world-view altered. I could easily see Alderbank or someone listening, saying, "Didn't hear anything but random noise, sorry, nothing exciting here," and leaving, and that being reported as "He heard the voices, but he was too afraid to admit it and he left in a hurry." Don't know how one could guard against that.

Not a close enough prediction to win the Million Dollar Challenge, but not bad. :D

Good point, Pup. Yes, hard to guard against perhaps but it is an ad hominem argument and when someone resorts to ad homs it is usually a sign that they have lost. I always said that what I personally thought or believed was not evidence for anything. If I was afraid all that would prove is that I was a wimp. I asked flaccon for evidence and I posted the files which she shared with me, apart from two which she asked me not to share, for others to judge.

I can't imagine what words the demon king could say which might scare me but if flaccon publicly posts those files I will listen to them. I appreciate she might be concerned for my welfare but I am not of a nervous disposition.

Sometimes in an investigation you only have circumstantial evidence. After my visit flaccon herself has never posted about my alleged fear of the demon files. If it had been true I think she would have.

I quite like the Brewery Tap (although I'm not the one going).

You should join if you can. The more eyes on this, the better. I don't know if it's reading comprehension or writing skills, but somehow communication between us and flaccon and scrappy do not seem particularly effective through this forum. It seemed the face to face (or hands-on) meeting between Alderbank and flaccon cleared up a few things (granted, not much, but some). It's too bad that that led to some weirdness, but that seems to be behind us and Alderbank seems more than willing to get back on the horse. I don't think he'd mind if you joined and in fact I think it's smart for more than one person to attend these meetings. The more points of view we can get, the better.

Other things that could help may be to video the proceedings so there is an audiovisual record of what took place so that complaints cannot be made that x said y and x denies that s/he said that.

There's been a really good test suggested in the other thread.

scrappy,

Were you going to PM me about getting a copy of the three files I emailed flaccon?

I think as a first step, we could ask flaccon and scrappy to try a little test. Have them both listen to a new recording and without conferring, have them write down exactly what they hear, and then compare afterwards. If what they write down is not identical then they must at least see that the voices are not as clear and unmistakeable as they are claiming.

Stage II: make 100 new recordings; 50 from flaccon's computer, 50 from scrappy's. Both subjects are played each recording randomly and must identify which machine produced each recording. 90%+ success rate indicates possible paranormal activity.
