Just saw on Bloomberg that the opposition claims there is an arrest warrant out for Capriles.

What's 'chad' in Spanish?

That's what the opposition is saying, no one seems to be denying it. Speaks volumes of Chavista democracy, doesn't it?

Speaks volumes of sombody's blind worship of Chavez and his ideology, does'nt it?
Indeed it does. Apperantly to some people it matters not that the supposed winner had all the state apparatus working for him, and now refuses the very mild, very reasonable request to recount votes. Is there any possible benign reason why they would do so? One that doesn't involve covering up a fraud and isn't just plain dumb?
McHrozni
let me give you an example:
Infowars reports that the Boston bombings were an inside Job, and it seems neither the FBI nor the CIA is denying it, speaks volumes about those agencies, doesn't it?
it just shows that you are not a sceptic in this topic.Yes, it tells us they give all due attention to Infowars, namely zero.
A known pathological liar does not deserve the same consideration as a random person. Unless you can wrap your head around that not all sources are equal, we have nothing to talk about.
Furthermore, you do need to understand the difference between an autortisharian (the F word is being mentioned more and more too) government issuing an arrest warrant against a leader of the opposition and setting up bombs to kill innocenet people for no reason. Not all issues are equal and some can't be compared at all.

He [=Maduro] said he was willing to "radicalise" the revolution if the violence continued, while a crowd was cheering and chanting "They won't come back!"
I haven't come across any news about a warrant on Capriles anywhere else. According to CNN, the chief justice says that a recount isn't going to happen, which hardly comes as a surprise. Then on the Beeb, we have this:
There should be a law. The people and the country are clearly in distress and in need of a remedy.
Indeed. It's obvious that if the election was held according to democratic standards, Caprilles would've won by a landslide.
That's obvious? That either 1) it wesn't held to that (and according to world view, the previous election was 100% valid),
2) Caprilles would've won? Based on what? Your deep understanding of Venezuelan voters?
I'm curious as to what circumstances you would accept Maduro winning the election.
Maybe the same reasons you refuse to acknowledge for Chavez winning previous elections?
There's pretty solid evidence something is amiss in Venezuelan voting system.

(in Spanish)
They used the same voting roll as in October and as a result some 140,000 people were unable to vote. However according to CNE data, the voter roll expanded by 50,000 votes, plus the number of people who died in Venezuela in the meantime (statistically you'd expect that to be around 70,000). The vote was therefore adjusted by 120,000 votes.
Solid evidence, right here, right now, the election result was tampered with. We know how but not to what extent, but it did happen, and it's actually enough to change the result all by itself. If Venezuela were a democracy, they'd invalidate the election for less.

how many turned 18 since october?
and where is the evidence you talk of?
About 50k to the first quetion.
To the second I'll give you a hint, underlined text in post often denotes a hyperlink. This is even more likely if it's in the form of a web address, as above. Try clicking on it.
