Examples of Freeman success stories

I like this one!
Now this is something I can do. In my other life I worked in Techno Surveilence, helped set up a few guys for night ops etc.... and no, it wasn't for any Government agency but, cant say too much else but, this is my area of expertise

Translation: I used the night vision setting on my videocamera to see through some woman's clothes one time, I swear you can see everything!

It was always predicted they would resort to violence in the end.
Its just a repeat of the sovereign citizens movement and seems to be a natural progression of them not accepting that they are wrong in their beliefs and theories.

"Just dont consent"
"They will ignore me"
"It doesnt matter, you are right"
"But Im still in prison"
"Not if you kill them"
"But thats against the law"
"What law? You make the law remember, you are sovereign"
"Ahhhh...Riigghhhttt...."

Here`s another dumb comment from "Skuzapo" on the EVICTION 18th March @11am PORT TALBOT on http://www.getoutofdebtfree.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=60&t=46900&start=160

"I make no apology for bring the following subject into the discussion. In Nazi Europe, millions went to the camps because they didn't fight back. This is not as serious. Or is it? A human lost lost their home." :)

I love the fact that they're talking about using unbreakable glass to keep the bailiffs out of their homes when they're foreclosed. So, right, can't or won't make mortgage payments, but replacing every window with unbreakable glass? No problems.

I guess you could take out a loan for that. Or put it on the credit card. Whatever.

Well, I hope they also invest in unbreakable frames, as well. "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link", and all that.....

Looks like she got her house back...

Possession is 9/10th of the law. On Monday they unlawfully and illegally took that remaining 1/10th while a request for oral hearing had been submitted. On the day of the eviction I was granted an oral hearing from Swansea County Court, unfortunatley the zealousness of Neath port Talbot court failed to act and the eviction took place.
The events of that day will be laid bare for people to see the truth of justice. I will not make my personnel feelings be known at this time but the film that is currently being prepared will show the extent of what is wrong and what may be coming if action is not taken.
Yesterday the 1/10th was reclaimed and the possession of my home was taken back by me. NEVER let anyone take what is yours. We have been commanded that theft is a trespass of Gods Law and he shall judge those that trespass against us.
Many thanks for all the support, great advise and love.

How long before the next eviction...?

NEVER let anyone take what is yours.
It isnt hers.
The bank lends you money to buy the house and lets you live in it on the condition that you repay the money + interest.
The bank makes a profit and so does the homeowner if property prices rise during the life of the mortgage. (which they almost always do)
If you have an outstanding balance on a property it isnt yours its the banks, once you make your final payment on the property it then becomes yours and your contract and any obligations to the bank cease.

Oh but JB, the bank doesn't give you 'real' money when you buy the house and therefore there has been no consideration on the bank's side so it's all fraud and you can keep the house and stuff like that and everything, innit.

I always laugh at that one.
They "wake up" to discover the bank didnt give them any "real money" to buy the house it was fraud.
However they dont believe they should give the house back to the person they bought it from even now they are aware they defrauded him out of his/her home by exchanging it for worthless debt notes.
No it was all the banks doing, they should keep the house for nothing.

Real honourable people these freeman.

Someone on GOODF is trying to explain this to the FMOTLers, and is not getting on too well. Here is the standard GOODF reply:

1. Your first premise is flawed. The banks don't loan you money. FACT.
2. They create the funds out of thin air by using your loan application as a promissory note. FACT.
3. The bank/government stole the gold and silver backing the promissory note. FACT.
4. We cannot every repay the bank because you cannot pay debts with 'empty promises'. FACT

You're living in a dream world...

I can't get past the "Banks don't loan you money" and "you can never repay the bank" points.

Few years ago I took out a loan, on quite a favourible rate of interest, to pay for my law degree. Using said loan I paid a specific sum for my law degree, and paid the bank back in instalments. In money. I then settled the loan, Again, with money. The bank and I were quite happy with that arrangement.

Therefore, my bank loaned me money, and I repaid the bank. With money. What is so hard to grasp about that...?

In FMOTL terms, "money" is quite literally "hard currency", i.e. silver and gold. The sole purpose of doing this is so that they can claim any and all "debts" created using the government's worthless fake money are null and void, since they are, obviously, created from fake money. They will, however, be happy to accept this fake money directly in lieu of gold or silver, as long as they don't have to give any of it to anyone else, because that would be perpetuating a fraud, and we can't have that.

I think it's the part where you actually had a decent job that paid you enough to pay off your loan.

Seriously, though, I think this is it. Reading all these "You can't pay off a debt if there's interest" claims seem to be based on the underlying assumption that a person cannot create new wealth through the effort of working at it. They seem to think that all economics are a zero-sum game in which if one side "wins" (gets interest), the other side has to lose (never gets out of debt), instead of being a game in which the total amount of real wealth tends to increase over time.

In your example, you borrowed money to get an education, which education let you earn enough money to both pay down that loan, and pay for your living expenses. That means, through your work, you created new wealth in excess of that which you were paying back to the bank. They just don't seem to get that.

The problem isn't the existence of debt, its that far too many people go too far into debt, because they don't have a realistic image of their own value to the economy. Someone making $10 an hour really shouldn't be taking out mortgages and all that.

1. Your first premise is flawed. The banks don't loan you money. FACT.
Fiction, they do loan you money
2. They create the funds out of thin air by using your loan application as a promissory note. FACT.
Even if that were true, the stuff created out of thin air is passed to the third party who buys things of value with it, so its money.
3. The bank/government stole the gold and silver backing the promissory note. FACT.
Even if true, its irrelevant.
The bank gave you something that had value as it paid for the house you are now living in.
4. We cannot every repay the bank because you cannot pay debts with 'empty promises'. FACT
The bank happily accepts your "empty promises" as long as those promises come in the form of money.
