Also a new plan, to have 15 people present, so when they get "attacked" by the bailiffs, they can each serve a claim on every bailif present:

Just imagine, 15 Home Protection Volunteers, each serving an individual claim to every single offender

so say 6 Bailiffs and two police, that would be a total of 8 cases to litigate on, add the other 14 attending volunteers and a single Bailiff could technically be sued a total of 15 times by the 15 independent victims

If only they would devote such energy to stuff like, y'know, PAYING THEIR BILLS... Sigh...

I rememebr this one now - this is the guy whose house was repo'd, and as soonas the bailiffs left he just moved back in, changed the locks and continued living there. If I recall correctly, the FMOTLers at GOODF and VOIDmortgage were calling it a rousing success...

plans are afoot to sue bailiff, police and even the neibour who let them through their property to access back garden. There is still lots of photo evidence

Yep, that quote was properly nuts (like the thread). If it hasn't been nominated for a stundie yet, it needs to be.

Yes, the police wouldn't stand back and watch if things got out of hand or a mob turned up.

Plus, if there had been any violence the police would have stepped in and arrested them for breach of the peace.
They seem to think it's an illegal eviction and the police should have stopped the bailiffs.

Now this is something I can do. In my other life I worked in Techno Surveilence, helped set up a few guys for night ops etc.... and no, it wasn't for any Government agency but, cant say too much else but, this is my area of expertise

In their minds of course its an unlawful eviction, all courts are de-facto courts and as such are unlawful.
Makes me wonder if they think the court is unlawful if it rules in their favour.
