Speak for yourself as to who is keeping you down, and sarcasm is not really a sign of intelligence. If there were not reasonable doubts about the nature and source of those rape charges this thread would not even exist.

Of course it would. A court of law is where you find out if there is reasonable doubt (or whatever standard is in effect), and Assange would still be a fugitive from it.
 
My point is merely that it is very convenient to the opponents of Assange that this thread exists.

The point being whether the charges would exist at all aside from Assange's previous activity, and had he not gained notoriety from said activities his story would certainly not have the public currency it has now.

Prove that there would be no charges (there are no charges currently, but I guess you're too uninformed to actually be bothered with such details) if Assange hadn't been involved with Wikileaks.

It's extremely convenient that a thread exists for where we can discuss Assange's sexual misconduct and his flight from justice. Thank you JREF for allowing us to discuss this.

I would also like to thank you for allowing us to discuss the newest photos of Saturn. It's very convenient to pro-Saturnites that a thread like that exists.

You are right there are no legal charges. Simply change the word to accusations and the meaning remains the same. And if anyone here were dealing in proofs we wouldn't be having this discussion. We are debating unknown factors filtered through the lens of a press and trying to establish what is real and what is not. Some of us are more motivated by emotional bias than others but I would hope we would all recognize the need for objective real information in our pursuit of self survival and personal meaning. It just seems to me that the greater crime here is that the media in general is more concerned with besmirching Assange's character then looking at the facts that were leaked by Wiki Leaks.

No. The greater crime here is the alleged rape of one woman and the alleged sexual molestation of another. You apparently hold the view that they don't have any right to justice because the man they accuse of raping and molesting them happen to be someone who's on the same political side as you. The rest of us find that view disgusting.

I doubt you speak for the whole of the community here and what you find personally disgusting is your own concern, but when did I ever say I did not think the women had the right to justice? (Does a broken condom really consitute molestation?) Also, what political side do you imagine me to be on? I'm just talking about access to truthful information from an unbiased media: something that anybody on any political side should want.

When you attempted to derail the discussion of Assange's alleged sexual crimes into a discussion of Wikileaks, and even attempted to insinuate that the case against Assange is a conspiracy because of Wikileaks. Also, when you attempt to diminish the crime these women allege. Like you do here:
