I've argued with one that subscribed to the 'not a person' theory and tried to get them to explain exactly why they can turn it on/off when convenient. Usually the example was pointing to the forum's TOS they were posting in that had the word "person" in it.
Inconsistency is consistent with the freeman way of life.
Freemen, who borrowed the “fictitious person” theory in the first place, won’t accept that they are, as English law has long recognized, natural persons such as God formed them. As natural persons they are subject to the rule of law.
Read Blackstone, FOTLers, not Menard!
In plain language that means, the state didn’t create their “persona” and doesn’t need to in order to apply the law to them.
Logic impaired freemen would have us believe that governments have pointlessly developed elaborate tricks in order to achieve the authority it already has as a matter of law, history and custom.
Freemen come up with all these wacky theories about adhesion contracts, enjoinder, birth certificates, etc, because they don’t have the self-knowledge to see that their real and only beef is they don’t want to recognize any law or any authority.
It being the case that the internet supplies a seemingly endless supply of poorly socialized losers whose domineering daddy’s dropped on their heads we can assume that Menard will have a supply of marks until the next anti-government celebrity/guru comes along to out shine him.
Frankly, Bong Boy ain’t too much now, so it won’t be hard for some young buck to come along and put him in the shadows.
