Would you shoot a Big Foot?

The booms come from the cranium of the Bigfoot, ( The Dome) much like the duck billed dinosaur, BF has an ability to produce a loud and sometimes stunning or paralyzing sound. Jezz guys this basic BF 101 on any Bigfoot forum.
 
The height estimates of Bigfoot would place the anus very far from the ground. Therefore, I suggest that the loud booms are the result of the high fiber fecal matter hitting the ground at terminal velocity.

But the question is can they prove they ARE related to bigfoot? If that was proved earlier in the tread, I must have missed it. ;)

If there is natural gas being removed from the ground in the area, you will hear the booms from that process from miles away. I noticed these a few years ago when I set up my tree stand on private land in Otsego County Michigan. Lots of clangs and booms from the well-sites in the area.

Next up: the gang will hear chain saws in the distance and wonder if Bigfoot is building a shelter.

Incidentally, I see that Steven Streufert is making a plea for "researchers" not to attribute everything that happens in the woods to "Bigfoot".
To see Bigfoot in everything is not only to miss these true understandings, but it is in fact an instance of getting lost in the woods. The sleep of reason breeds monsters.

I would say that Champy the lake monster is on the endangered species list ....or there is some legislation supposedly to protect it. I would imagine Big Foot must be on some list also.

I have to admit shooting one would be very difficult, but it's bigger than a bear! If a bear were attacking me, I'd shoot. However, I can not figure out what Big Foot supposedly lives on that he does not consume Big Foot hunters. I do know our local Big Foot hunters are always armed. That is because we have BEARS! If you are tracking a bear, and he or especially she with cubs, does not like you...you need a gun. (Or how about not going into the woods and leaving the poor bears alone?)

I think about the anger of many over the top Big Foot nuts (the ones no one, even Big Foot believers believe) that say the Big Foot hang around and are like family (speaking of which where IS that DNA paper that was coming out in "Nature"?). They get upset people don't believe them, but can't even shoot one with a camera!

Given that the word 'Texas' appears only once in this thread (twice, now that I've quoted the only previous occurrence) and not at all in the article linked in the OP, what is your best guess?

I would guess that this thread is to talk about the Texas group and their effort to obtain a body while skirting the moderated threads. You should probably count the replies that refer to that.

I already did, and came up with zero.

Is there perhaps some code in use that I'm unaware of?
 
If I couldn't hit a giant hairy biped from 25 yards with a 12 gauge, using buckshot and slugs both, and almost hit people to boot, I don't think I'd admit it...

Bigfoot is pretty safe from at least one hunter...not sure about the public safety, though.

I think bigfoot's pretty safe from all hunters. Not existing is one of the few infallible defenses against bullets. :D

Maybe I read the thread where bipto was explaining their findings in Area X too much. I guess the name for the group is TBRC instead of Texas group. But look at the posts in this thread that include Post 43, 46, 48, 52, 61, 62, 64 and 66. There are probably a few more but don't want to nitpick too much.

To answer the question that was asked, no I would not shoot something I could not identify.
