Are the crucifixion nails of Jesus in Europe?

...Here are the names of the other two nails from tape K15B: “Prepram Anacnom” and “Sumaclorde”. I am not sure if it is a “c” or a “k”. “Nasarte Rasiom” maybe “Nasarte Rasion” and “Salboloray Cabaladoc” maybe “Sabuluray Cabaladoc”. These are how I hear them in tape K15B.

I will upload the original Filipino text in http://aristean.org/pahayagxxx.htm (where xxx will be a number from 080 to 082) and just put the translation here.

Thanks so much for posting up this information.
What language does your group think those names are in?

This thread has inspired my choice of a vine to train around one of my windows. I'd thought of several options, but now I know the Passion flower is THE winner. It adapts well to the climate here and isn't expensive, which means...
Dom for all!

Where in Italy do you live? Are you near Rome or Milan? When you go to these places, could you please tell us about the relic that they keep, especially the nails and the Iron Crown of Lombardy in Monza (near Milan)?
I live a little less than 200 km from Rome, and even closer to Naples. I know nothing about these nails, except what I have read in books. All these relics are absurd! Who would have kept these nails, let alone several of Jesus' foreskins?

There are two churches in Rome which claim to have skulls of St Peter. There are innumerable absurd pseudo relics in Naples. A nail is a nail. How can I know by looking at it, if it is genuine? It is virtually impossible that it is genuine, any more than the various foreskins of Jesus are, or were, genuine. (They became an embarrassment to the Church, and have disappeared.)

In a church in the local provincial capital there is an old skull, said to be of an ancient saint. But I don't believe it is genuine either.

That's quite a remarkable transcription, PC.
It raises a lot of questions with me, though.

To be honest, it really looks as though you 'fish' for answers and Ka Apaz obliges within her limits and with a dash of rudimentary glossolalia to round things off.
Those names for the nails, for example, sound more like glossolalia than real names. I'd be glad to shown I'm wrong, though.

St Helene is from Germany? Are you sure about that?

Just out of curiosity- in these seances, does the spirit of ama ever quote anything but the Pasiong and the KJV?

One of the notable residents of Trier, Germany is Helena (ca. 250-330), saint, mother of Constantine the Great. Please Google Trier.

From Wikipedia on Saint Helena, “according to one tradition, Helena acquired the Holy Tunic on her trip to Jerusalem and sent it to Trier.” Just think, why Trier?

The names of nails I mentioned to AdMan came from two different tapes.

The spirit of Ama mentions most of the time what is in KJV. From time to time, he also refers to what is from “Pasiong Mahal”. Also, he quoted verses from “Florante at Laura” as in http://aristean.org/transcript081.htm when we were discussing about raising children.

The main reference is the Holy Bible. So we have something to back our Christian beliefs. If what he says differs from the Bible, what I do is check if it is logically correct, e.g. when Jesus was 12 years old, John the Baptist, the birth and death of Jesus. He recommends that we use the King James Version because it is nearer the truth. “Pasiong Mahal” was taken from the KJV, especially when Jesus was crucified, but it gives out details not found in the KJV, like the nails used in the crucifixion.

I doubt very much the “Pasiong Mahal” is a translation of the KJV, especially since it was first written down by Gaspar Aquino de Belén.

I did, PC. Nowhere is it mentioned Helene was born in Trier.
Why Trier?
Perhaps because for a time it was the Residence of the Roman Emperors?

This spirit has been wrong so consistently on the subject of the nails I'm surprised you keep going along with it, PC.

I can not find any indication that Helena ever lived in Trier. Her son, Constantin the Great, governed from there for some years in the beginning of the 4th century though. Trier was a very important town in the Roman world around this time.

The “Pasiong Mahal” is not a translation of the KJV. It gives out details not found in the Holy Bible in a poetic way, especially about the crucifixion of Jesus. It is sung during Holy Week in the Philippines.

There is Helena's head relic in the crypt of Trier cathedral. Please read about her in http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helena_(Empress) . Trier says that one of the notable residents of the city was Saint Helena. Does it mean that she was born there? It seems so.

What is so special to Saint Helena that she had to send a priceless tunic of Jesus to the city of Trier? Please do not use only your eyes to believe. The eyes are only secondary to the mind.

You will be amazed at the translations that I will post soon. One of the nails was thrown into the sea when Pontius Pilate died. This nail ended up in Paris. There were twelve nails excavated in Jerusalem. This means that each of those crucified had a nail for the sign or title. Two for the hands. One nail for the feet of Dimas, one nail for the feet of Hestas, and two nails for the feet of Jesus.

Prince Constantine and his mother Helena were Moors. Constantine was just a prince when he fought the Romans and defeated them. Why suddenly the Roman Empire had to adopt a new faith?

A spirit revealed that four nails were used for the hands and feet of Jesus when He was crucified. The nails were eight-sided, “octobado”. They had been retrieved from Jerusalem by Saint Helena, the mother of Emperor Constantine. It is incredible because the nails made of steel floated on the water and were brought to different places – Karpentas, Rome, Milan, and Paris.

Do I believe this? The story is also found at “Awit at salaysay ng Pasiong Mahal” (in Filipino) read and sang during Holy Week in the Philippines. Any comments?

You lost me at "nails made of steel floated on the water". Whether you believe this, only you can decide. I don't.

You must read another Wikipedia than me. I see this:

Helena's birthplace is not known with certainty. The 6th-century historian Procopius is the earliest authority for the statement that Helena was a native of Drepanum, in the province of Bithynia in Asia Minor.

The fact that her son the emperor was governing from there maybe?

I'm sure you will amaze us yet again. I already see the amazing fact that the thirteenth nail apparently swam to Paris all by itself. Also, are we suddenly interested in more nails than the four (or three) that nailed Jesus to the cross? Why not go further and also look for the nails that put the cross(es) together? That must be another six at least. And maybe nails from nearby buildings. Perhaps we can account for all the relics found all over Europe in this way.

Prince Constantine and his mother Helena were Moors. Constantine was just a prince when he fought the Romans and defeated them. Why suddenly the Roman Empire had to adopt a new faith?

They were Moors now? It seems that the Wikipedia of this world disagrees with you:

Flavius Valerius Constantinus, as he was originally named, was born in the city of Naissus, Dardania province of Moesia, in present-day Niš, Serbia, on 27 February of an uncertain year, probably near 272. ... Constantine's mother was Helena, a Bithynian woman of low social standing.

As for the empire adopting a new faith, they just did what the emperor decreed. Not the first time in history such things has happened, though with varying success.

At least half a dozen of Jesus' foreskins too, which is more astounding than 50 nails, in my opinion. And one seventeenth century scholar even introduced the Holy Foreskin into the most advanced astronomical science of his day. See http://theholyprepuce.tumblr.com/post/7489780082 Images obtained in even more recent years have failed to confirm this bold speculation.

But mere nails are ten a penny!

Well you know, for somebody who could be resurrected after a crucifixion, regrowing his foreskin 5 times seems like a fairly minor miracle. After the 6th circumcision, he probably just said, "Ah screw it!". I wonder if the mohel guaranteed his work, or charged Mary every time.

Whatever happened to that? Huh?

I know that the prophecy failed. The 2012 Olympic Games in London ended successfully on 08-12.

However, there is still the Sword of Damocles hanging over us – the threat of a world war erupting at the Spratly Islands being claimed by the Philippines. It is still a flashpoint, a powder keg. Why did the prophecy made in 1986 have to coincide with other events at this time? Why not in 1995 or 2005? I firmly believe that the world war will happen one day in His time, in the only true God’s time. I leave it to Him. I will just pray fervently that whenever it comes, He spares me.

What did I learn? To be more dependent upon the only true God. To let His will be done whenever it pleases him. To be prepared always by learning how to pray fervently to spare me.

He said something about failed prophecies. When I find it, I will post it.

I will pick up only what he says will be good for my soul but I will not totally discard him as what posters here suggest. I will still share what he says for the evaluation of this intelligent community. The decision to accept or not their evaluation still rests upon me.

When was Jesus Christ born? When did He die? I spirit of Ama told us the dates and I myself have proven that they are true and correct. That is why I was confident. Now, regarding prophecies, I will just let people know what the spirit says. The decision to believe or not will be up to them.

Well, the alleged nails appear to be at least +5 versus demigods. Funny how the nails are still kicking around in religious shrines while there's no physical trace of the individual who was allegedly slain by them.

On a related matter, it would be interesting to run a DNA analysis on these artifacts. Hypothetically there should be traces of hemoglobin, and that hemoglobin should be identical from nail to nail. Who knows? Maybe we could even clone ourselves a brand new Jesus. ;)

Yes, there are many churches that claim that they have the authentic nails of the crucifixion of Jesus. There are only four nails used to nail Jesus on the cross.

Do you want a “physical trace of the individual who was allegedly slain by them”? Please just don’t say, “To see is to believe.” Seeing is just secondary to our mind.

40 acres and a mule

Aren't the crucifixion nails still in Jesus?

@The Central Scrutinizer, #215

No, the crucifixion nails are not with Jesus anymore. They are in the different places mentioned. One of the nails was thrown into the sea when Pontius Pilate died.

The wooden cross (or crosses – to include those used for the two thieves) is now in Heaven. On Judgment Day, the cross will go down from Heaven to Earth followed by Jesus.

From which it's safe to deduce that the authentic ones (if any such exist) aren't eight-sided, given how completely and utterly wrong "the spirit of Ama" has proved to be about everything else.

I will post here when I encounter his mentioning them “octobado” or eight-sided.

You are maybe one who says that because the prophecy failed, everything has to be ignored or discarded. Pick up what will be good for your soul and discard what you think will be evil.

If World War III does not start before the 2012 Olympic Games in London, then I will say that He is a false god.
I know that the prophecy failed. The 2012 Olympic Games in London ended successfully on 08-12.
.
So, are you going to keep your word, fulfill your prophesy, and declare Him a false god ?
.
Or is this yet another failed prophesy?

.

Yes, there are many churches that claim that they have the authentic nails of the crucifixion of Jesus. There are only four nails used to nail Jesus on the cross.

I, on the other hand, am of the opinion that there are zero such nails anywhere in the world. If Jesus was actually executed by the Romans, I think they would have used rope to tie him to the cross rather than wasting expensive metal on a condemned man.

Do you want a “physical trace of the individual who was allegedly slain by them”? Please just don’t say, “To see is to believe.” Seeing is just secondary to our mind.

I am an agnostic atheist skeptic, PC. To Me, even seeing something with My own eyes is sometimes not enough because I know how easy it is to create visual illusions. I have to have direct physical experience of any out-of-the-ordinary phenomena. Trying to believe something just because it appears in an ancient book? Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. My mind just doesn't operate that way.

I will not even attempt to believe in your god unless I have a personal physical encounter at close range -- So close that I can actually physically touch that god. Until and unless that happens, I remain skeptical.

The cross underwent Ascension, or even Bodily (or at least Physical) Assumption, and so did the thieves' crosses!! I think it's time for the Pope infallibly to instruct his long-suffering flock to believe these things. Otherwise they won't.
