I don't fault Armstrong for having participated in the fakery; for all we know,
No, there is no "we".
You know nothing, and you are too lazy - and too afraid that your precious bubble of paranoid ignorance might be burst - to learn anything. (You say you live in Madrid;
you must be pretty close to Fresnedillas, right?)
he might have been under some kind of pressure.
I am not under any pressure, and unlike you, I know what I am talking about, and I will remind you that you have no idea at all what you are talking about.
But it's worse than that.
Armstrong was an aeronautical engineer and an engineering professor. But he was also a combat veteran and a test pilot. He has faced death more times than you have honestly replied to any challenge in any forum, or for that matter more times than you have produced an original thought in any of your thousands of posts regurgitating idiot conspiracist web sites and YouTube videos. Along with the other Apollo astronauts, he is a virtually unique figure in human history: not just a national hero, but a
planetary hero.
You, on the other hand, are an anonymous nobody, safely hidden away from any accountabilty for your ignorance, your libelous drivel, and your hypocrisy and cowardice. You have no effect in the real world; in the virtual world, you only generate derisive laughter at your obsessive silliness and pretend legions of supporters. You stop existing as soon as one redirects their Web browser to cute pictures of kittens; an ephemeral nobody, the virtual equivalent of the poor deranged guy ranting to the air behind the 7-11.
Armstrong, and the landings on another world accomplished by him and his colleagues - the work of hundreds of thousands of dedicated human beings - are immortal. No ignorant cultural vandal can ever tarnish that.
