Incorrect. The existence of Heaven is
asserted but remains unproven.
In My belief system, there is no heaven, no hell, and no survival of the personality after physical death. The people who we are right now simply cease to exist, but the atoms that comprise our bodies do continue to exist.
According to a novel I wrote for National Novel Writing Month a few years ago, I'm originally from the M42 nebula in the constellation of Orion. My teacher Mar Stei ve'Ruish, his sister Ti, and most of his students (including My sister, now known as Guan Shi Yin, Hearer of the World's Cries) had to flee the planet Himat due to an outbreak of violent insanity orchestrated by an extraterrestrial organism that had found its way into our starsystem.
We crash-landed on Earth about 3500 years ago, where we met up with a previous away-team from our homeworld... A group which included individuals now known to Scandinavian mythologists as the Æsir and Vanir. When My teacher Mar was injured, I became Oðinn's adoptive daughter.
(slaps down Her membership card for the Asgard Deities' Union, Local 204) And My guardian dragon Glori says he'll vouch for me.
The question now is which one of us has the more entertaining bald assertions and woo-woo. I've already out-prophesized you, PC -- Don't make Me load up My word processor and outwrite you, too.
