That sounds like ratting, and I would get hurt doing that. I do a lot of mechanic work for a certain group known to ride Harleys, and doing that would cost me business and possibly a lot more. So no, I will not be ratting him out like that.

Of course. If you are in Canada you are subject to the laws that the majority have agreed to. That is one of the main reasons I think FMOTL is BS. Plus I hate the idea of paying for roads with my taxes and others not having to do so. But as I said, I saw with my own eyes the cops just wave us past, and looking at us with anger and hatred. Plus I know that he is working now without a SIN and is not getting anything taken from his pay check while I pay through the nose for EI, Welfare and CPP which I have never even used! That is BS and makes me mad.

So you take a request to prove your claim as 'ratting' how Menardian.

IF your claim is true the police shouldn't be able to touch him - if you cannot prove that you are making stuff up and Menard is still, was and will be a conman.....

I think it is despicable, if it is true. But my co-worker has a bunch of his videos and stuff, and never paid for it.

If he gives it away for free, is he selling stuff? Plus I am a big believer in personal responsibility. Shouldn't the people who buy it be responsible for their own actions?

Our cunning hero has used a colon, (OK, don't go there folks. We all know he talks out of his arse), to create a new person who is immune from any law, (mostly drinking, smoking pot, anything you have to pay for etc). Ten years of these dastardly ingenious plots to undermine the evil Admiralty Courts have worn me out.

I say Menard has a FOTL-Win.

catweasel, one thing Menard has consistently failed to do is to show proof that fotl works despite him claiming it does.

What does it mean though? What happened to make them do that to him I mean? I understand what it says, but not why it says what it says. Did someone complain about him? If so, do you have that? That would be a nail in his coffin for sure!

Do you have an analysis or explanation I can use?

But surely calling the cops is like calling a children's performer, since your friend has "opted out" of the law. It's not like they'll do anything effective, and he can just stand there and laugh at them.

Here's an alternative plan: don't sell false legal advice to vulnerable people in the first place.

That won't matter at all in the least to the people I know. Do you not understand what kind of people I have to deal with? I have kids, and a house and these guys know where I live and do not play around. So its out, I am not calling the cops on him. Sorry but I have to think of my kids. Speaking of my kids, its park time.

I was accepting your position that he was, trying to find agreement.

My defense for fraud? I do not understand... what am I selling that would bring charges of fraud? I am a good mechanic, and do not defraud anyone.

OH, you are speaking to me like I am Menard. I really wish you guys would let me prove somehow I am not Menard. Its getting tiresome and I will probably just stop posting here if it continues.
