A couple of years have passed since I read a post of yours for the first time. More than a hundred posts later the only thing I can tell is that you seem to propose that a sequence of ideas told in some specific order would drive us to marvellous conclusions. Omitting some step of swapping the order would ruin the outcome. That resembles a rite and it's way far from a reasoning. And you only offer that. That's why so many have lost their patience.

yrreg, if I'm understanding you correctly, you are saying that we know the universe is continuously maintained by God because it is still here. Is that right?
If that's your position, how do you know God didn't create a universe with all the laws of nature that it needs to sustain itself and that God then let that universe run on its own?

Everything comes from a beginning, can you accept that as already a common piece of knowledge with mankind who does think and also ask around from more knowledgeable people?
Do this exercise, start with you and me, where do we come from?
From our parents.
And our parents, from where do they come?
From their parents.
And where do the first parents come from?
That is the demonstration, asking ourselves and finally coming to the fact that everything comes from the unique uncreated creator of the created universe.
I will see you again next week end, but you have to do also your work of asking yourself where does everything come from, starting with yourself.
I hope to read from you what is your finding on asking yourself the question and seeking to answer yourself by thinking, on the question where does everything come from.
