His college attendance was denied, but his church attendance is granted.

He's apparently going to trial in the middle of May. May 11th is Calendar Call, and the 14th is the supposed trial.

Will keep checking back too.

Perhaps you don't mean the title is the premise, but the general drift is. OK, link to five posts where someone says Badillo's trial proves lots of truthers are pedophiles.

Indeed.

There's been a tradition here of documenting those truthers who've either ran afoul of the law or who've otherwise had their asses handed to them in court. Chris Bollyn, Judy Wood and April Gallop come immediately to mind. This is just another of those threads, nothing more.

ETA: Or what Orphia Nay said too. :)
