The Commission’s initial budget for the biggest crime in America was a mere $3 million as compared to the $50 million for the investigation of the Columbia space shuttle. It cost $40 million to investigate the soap opera sexual escapades of Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky. The 9/11 Commission was finally awarded another $11 million before the report finally became available in the third week of July 2004.

Even after consenting to an investigation, Bush and Cheney initially stonewalled the commission in the following ways:

· Refused to allow National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice to testify.

· White House tried to limit Bush's testimony to one hour.

· White House withheld about 75 percent of almost 11,000 pages of Clinton records pertaining to the investigation of the terrorist attacks. This information was held at the National Archives.

· They demanded that Bush and Cheney not be forced to testify under oath.

· Bush and Cheney demanded to be allowed to testify together.

Now, you said the government waited 411 days before they started an investigation. We are asking you why you think they took 411 days to start. What reason do you have to think that?

He supervised aircraft mechanics and checked their paper work and inspected parts of airplanes that had accidents. Don't give me any blather about his having taken part in boards of inquiry into crashes give him any authority to address anything beyond explaining mechanical failures. There was no reason to record the parts numbers that he thinks are so bloody critical to identifying the aircraft. The black boxes at the Pentagon and Shanksville positively identify the aircraft and the DNA of known passengers on the hijacked aircraft confirms it.

There were no recoverable parts beyond an engine and a couple of wheels and one bit of fuselage that we all know of at the WTC. But we do have records of DNA that match known passengers on the flights listed as striking there.

For reasons stated above, this is a lie.

With all the evidence readily available at the Pentagon crash site, any unbiased rational investigator could only conclude that a Boeing 757 did not fly into the Pentagon.

People said they saw a 757 hit the Pentagon and we have a video on thisi form of identifiable 757 parts inside the Pentagon at the punch-out hole. He's either lying or stupid. (With a side of both not ruled out.)

Similarly, with all the evidence available at the Pennsylvania crash site, it was most doubtful that a passenger airliner caused the obvious hole in the ground and certainly not the Boeing 757 as alleged.

Just plain old stupid. There is an airplane-shaped and airplane-sized hole and pictures of aircraft debris at the site. Anybody who tells you otherwise is mis-quoting witnesses, mis-identifying parts, mis-intepreting photos, or is batcrap crazy or dishonest.

Horse feathers. They had placed extra dogs on duty in response to an extraordinary threat, then returned to their normal full compliment. Do get the whole story beofre you run off half-cocked.

On the weekend of 9/8, 9/9 there was a 'power down' condition in WTC tower 2, the south tower. This power down condition meant there was no electrical supply for approx 36 hrs from floor 50 up... "Of course without power there were no security cameras, no security locks on doors and many, many 'engineers' coming in and out of the tower."

So. The building egineering section would be aware of this and they would not remain slient now since so many of their own were killed or wounded in the attacks. And no financial sector operation is going to leave their offices unattended durinng a power-down. They would have to have someone there to at least bring their systems back on line.

And the finacial sector works mostly 24/7 these days. FAIL.

As you’ll see from the Newsday excerpt below, tight security at the Twin Towers in NYC was lightened in the days just before the 9/11 attacks.

What makes the particular removal of bomb-sniffing dogs so important are statements from firemen that they heard bombs going off in the Towers on 9/11, as they were carrying out their rescue operation.

Naturally, if people were planting bombs in the Towers, they would not have wanted those charges to be discovered by trained dogs prior to 9/11.

This matter of the dogs and the statements of firemen about bombs were completely ignored by the 9/11 commission.

Gary Corbett is a former employee of Fiduciary Trust Company International, a bank that occupied the 90th and the 94th to 97th floors of World Trade Center Two (the South Tower) and which lost 96 employees during the September 11 attacks. Corbett, who worked on the 97th floor, says there was a ‘power down’ on the week-end prior to September 11 for approximately 24 to 36 hours. During this period, he says, “there was a complete breakdown of security that weekend because of the power down.”
