But remember, it is only the Internet, and some people don't care if you spread lies and insane claims about 911, it is only the Internet.
Some people don't care if you spread lies, it is only the Internet. A media the whole world can see, why not spread lies and crazy claims, who will it hurt?
Bless you, beachnut, I've had
you on ignore for simply
ages. If what is seen on the internet is of such importance, then look again at the example you offer. 10 years of failure ought to show you that ranting at truthers, however creative and clever, does not work. It. Does. Not. Work. Ten years, and you've learned nothing either.
90% of responses to Dusty would shame any forum, let alone one that elsewhere purports to value reason and rational argument, while decrying personal attacks. You don't demonstrate how much you value reason and rational argument by dispensing with them in favour of personal attacks.
I understand that's the way things are 'done' in the 9/11 forum. I still read some of it, still post occasionally, still sneer at some posters, still have you, and others, on ignore.
I'm going to try and take you seriously for a moment. Someone has posted something on the internet that you know is wrong. Marcus Aurelius, whose meditations I commend to you, would say "and...that surprised you? Get over yourself, every day you wake up and there are idiots out there. Would you have us believe you are so naive you didn't expect them? If you expected them, what are you getting so worked up about?"
It must be important to you to say '"Oh no it isn't" whenever someone says a certain "Oh yes it is". Have you ever been to a pantomime? More to the point, the putative stranger encountering what passes for debate will either know, through education and intelligence, which side they're on (in which case they are saying "Oh no it isn't" anyway, and don't need you as much as you think you're needed) or they will not know (and are as likely as not to choose the polite, respectful Dr. Dusty over the vile frothing of several serial 9/11 posters. Unless they want to
belong, of course. Like Groucho, I'm comfortable not 'belonging').
Do I need to summarise that for you, or would it be wasted in the face of whatever mantra you've been chanting to yourself to justify your infantile aggression?
For the record, I viewed your post because you'd clearly referenced me. I won't be viewing your response to this. I'll view a post of yours if someone ever quotes you saying "Seriously guys? We're using her hair colour to attack her now? I quit."
