I'm not surprised by the comments that the shrills still leave on these threads.....can any one of you explain WTC 7 47 stories tall and at appx 5:20 pm on 9/11/01 simply falls down onto a neat little pile? huh? come on....two 110 story buildings fall to the ground and turn to dust while falling...? where did all the energy come from to turn just about everything in those buildings into dust? If you want me to believe it was caused by jet fuel and pancakes then you must want me to believe in Jesus Christ too right?

I'm not going to waste much time on here trying to explain what we can all see didn't happen....I will point out what happend...all 3 buildins that day were blown up! simple to see with your own eyes...no explination needed....

It was said on Israeli TV. That's not evidence? Stating they were there to document the Towers getting hit by jets is not evidence?

"The event" clearly was just the aftermath of the attack. Something people who reside in reality can easily see. There were thousands of people there "documenting" that event.

Well the energy comes from gravity. Something we have loads of evidence of. And, no, a belief in Jesus is not necessary to believe in gravity.

And the buildings did not turn to dust. I'm not sure where you got that idea.

Samples of the steel for metallurgical properties showed sulfur as an active contaminate. This could have occurred in the ground, or after the fire and before the collapse.

All these steel samples showed Oxygen as an "active contaminate", what's your point?

FYI - all steels will contain a small amount of sulphur, which is from the manufacturing process. Sulphur is detrimental to steel - look up "hot shortness" and therefore we go to great lengths to remove it in the steel making process. The addition of Manganese (Mn) produces a stronger, higher melting point sulphide; MnS, than FeS.

You are incorrect about 0.01 percent of all engineers. In most areas (After a 2 to 4 year learning curve) I can beat 70-80% of engineers. Some engineers are so good (in their fields), that I will never beat them.

Can you go into more detail? Are you suggesting the lack of physical samples doesn't allow for the required simulations? How familiar are you with the simulation program procured by the NIST with respect to the models they ran?

NIST researchers are government employees working for pathological liars.

Yes, we know already; you have this rage against the machine which acts as a contingency plan should you somehow be convinced that the models are indeed accurate enough.

Then again the steel from the affected floors could have proved sabotage, if it had been recovered.

How do you propose identifying samples from the affected floors without as-built markings available to tell you their locations?

The goal of NIST was to burn up time and to humor their insane bosses.

Of course, this is what most people have come to expect from you; Instead of detailing your problems with the NIST report or the actual merits of the engineering topics, you instead latch to silly political dogma in the hopes that somehow, people will forget that you didn't even read the report.

Even when the jet starts to roar behind and above him he is not distracted from his rapt filming of the blank undamaged but momentarily to be struck face of WTC2.He is apparently deaf, very brave and dedicated or knew that the plane was coming. Watch the camera suddenly go rock-steady to catch the critical moments..

When the engine and landing gear go through the building (in the real world), NIST had a very difficult time getting the the model to do that. Most of the time the building (model) collapses immediately. With a proper reconstruction of the floors, they could have made a much more robust model.

Either way the lack of floor steel did not allow a model, or argument that would remove all serious doubt.

Even if they had identified the steel from the affected floors, the damage done by the collapse itself might have been difficult to distinguish from the damage done BEFORE the collapse (by the planes and fires).

I love how truthers always have some goalpost that they claim would have clinched it for them "if only they had done that."

1) What's the speed of sound again?

2) Watch all the footage where people DIDN'T get the second impact perfectly, for comparison. Here's a collection titled "All Known Footage of Second Impact."

Given enough people filming a smoking tower for an hour+ some people got bored, some turned off their cameras for a while, some found good spots and just left the camera running, and some, like you link, flail the camera around in random manner and got lucky by pointing the camera in the right direction at the right time. There were probably thousands of videotapes of smoking tower that were turned off or pointed elsewhere before the second impact -- terrible footage we've never seen and never will.
