Ahh, the Gary Hart scale. I don't think anyone's achieved such a high ranking since Gary Hart himself.

But, if Edwards was throwing other people's money at the problem, he starts to register on the douchiness scale too.

Oh, Edwards blows Hart away on that score. After all, Hart never put himself in legal jeopardy. True that he registers way up there on the douchiness scale too, using OPM to may off his lady.

Clinton's biggest mistake: When the Supreme Court ruled against his attempt to delay the trial (in the Jones lawsuit) until after he leaves office, he should have ended his defense of that case, claiming he didn't have time to deal with it, and invited summary judgement. He would have been found liable and Jones awarded some amount, and that would have been the end of the legal proceedings. There would have been no deposition, no under oath questions about Lewinsky, etc. And the cost to him would have been far less than what followed.

I give Hart the high score for sheer blatancy--I don't recall any attempt to cover up at all. It reminds me of that guy in Last Action Hero.

I disagree with this characterization. I think that it speaks to his discipline if nothing else.

Of course, not all overweight people are that way because of personal habits.

Gov. Chris Christie will take political trips to Missouri, California and Louisiana next week and the public and news media know it because the New Jersey Republican Committee made it public on Friday.

The highlight of the trip will come Tuesday when Christie delivers the keynote address at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Library’s Perspectives on Leadership Forum in Simi Valley, Calif.

christie would be an excellent candidate for sixth grade school council.
 
Of all the things the nation faces, homosexuality is apparently the paramount concern with a surprisingly great many. That is not a good indicator.
