I am a firm believer in the Expanding Earth Theory as promulgated by a famous youtube exposition and Neil Adams. There is no denying that "plate-techtonic" -like systems do cause conditions for Earthquakes and volcanic eruptions.

The HAARP system simply triggers a stress point in the system to multiply natural effects and force potentially dormant systems to become very active. The real issue here is the murderous consequences for political and monetary enrichment. Oil continues its slide while the Banking elite short sellers are profiting from the organized effective destuction of Japan.

Government officials have acknowledge eco-warfare and HAARP has been confirmed to be an existing project. The use of ultra high powered low frequency radio waves act as a catalyst to natural disastors from Hurricane Katrina, and Earthquakes from Haiti, Chile and now Japan. The question is if this system will be used against the United States in a quasi- false flag event to declare a state of emergency and martial law?

there may be periods of greater acceleration but I cant imagine a mechanism for contraction but the structural process may fundamentally change sometime in the future.

Well my question was whether data shows it was on or not? Whether that means anything is another issue. HAARP had less power output than those radio/tv stations. Was that tv/radio energy was directed energy? Wouldn't the focusing and directing of the energy change the equation?

Looking at ways to cause earthquakes, as well as to detect them, was part of the project named Prime Argus, decades ago. The money for that came from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA, now under the acronym ARPA.)
