That's super-secret Alien stuff (known only to the CIA/IDF) but probably involves mixing gaseous forms of both elements then subjecting to intense nuclear bombardment to cause fusing and...errr...then it sort of precipitates out...then you forge into the shape you need...ummm..well it's secret isn't it.
 
how big is an unmeasurable level?

If the level is unmeasurable because it is so high, what would you forge it with? something that melts at an even higher unmeasurable level? if so what do you use to forge that?? Well, you can see where this leads to impossible alloy all the way down.

I think it has more to do with the Neutron Obliterating Negative Structural Energy Network Saturation Effect, although of course Boron Sources have been an important part of it, too.

tungsten has the highest melting point of any base metal while Rhodium is the most expensive element in the world.. the alloy is something only the IDF and the CIA can forge at considerable quantities to make the HAARP device. its the only alloy that can withstand the tremendous energy required

In another bizarre chain of events it appears the options market and spot trading of the Japanese Yen "predicted" the devastating earthquake. It appears trades initiated by Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong in the early morning trading yesterday showed huge abnormal volume and put buying. at this time there is no explanation for the 3 standard deviation volatility spike against most currencies 5 minutes before the quake. in international finance a currency should theoretically appreciate immediately to reflect future capital expenditure and direct foreign investment inflows.

The view purported from what I understand is HAARP acts as a catalyst not the entire force. The missing force is provided by the dynamics of the system itself, that is the earth. A feedback loop is created. Not saying I buy it but you are building a strawman if you state that HAARP needs the ENTIRE force of the quake for it to be possible.

Just a catalyst for a 9.0 quake would be enormous. Even a small fraction of the energy involved in knocking the planet Earth four inches off its axis would be far beyond anything ever done before in human history.

I invite Dvictr and INRM to answer my questions and apply just one percent of the answer to the second question to their mythical earthquake cannon.

And if HAARP is just a catalyst, then they implicitly acknowledge that natural processes are capable of coming up with these energy levels on their own. And they can't do that without coming up with a way to discern natural quakes with induced quakes.

It's not a strawman, it's a lose-lose situation for the kooks.
