Merged CIA / IDF implemented HAARP to cause Japanese Earthquake and lower oil prices

a disturbing development coming out is that the Sendai reactor underwent a software "upgrade" last weekend. the facility was abruptly shut down while changes to the process of core regeneration firing was tested by a team of experimental scientists including a consultant from Israel Maccabi University - Tel Av-iv. there is a real possibility that the facility was prepped for the HAARP event and the radiation leakage is a purposeful attempt to mutinize the population.

in another bizarre chain of events it appears the options market and spot trading of the Japanese Yen "predicted" the devastating earthquake. It appears trades initiated by Goldman Sachs in London and Hong Kong in the early morning trading yesterday showed huge abnormal volume and put buying. at this time there is no explanation for the 3 standard deviation volatility spike against most currencies 5 minutes before the quake:jaw-dropp. in international finance a currency should theoretically appreciate immediately to reflect future capital expenditure and direct foreign investment inflows. it is likely that bankers had inside information of the CIA and IDF plans and profited from the HAARP event.

I don't listen to Alex Jones and I have only heard the fringe groups who claim that HAARP can cause earthquakes....

They say that Haiti because of their oil reserves
they say that iran for the same reason.

Apparently the Israeli's wanted cheaper oil. Whether this was controlled from within the hollow moon is still up for debate.

- Increased oil prices (they probably will spike) will benefit those selling the oil, and for the elite who want to advance a world government by causing an economic implosion

- All the flooding will have serious effects on rice and various crops in Japan which will require them to import a lot of food (there are lot of people who live in Japan despite its size).

- There are people in the UN who desire global governance, and that is the ultimate goal of the AGW crowd, and they could use the environmental crisis to further their goals.
