It would be cool if everyone put him on ignore since his thermite claim is insane. The thread would look a lot more sane if everyone posted comments to the claim, and put anders on ignore.

If - as is the topic of this thread - there was tons of thermite on floor 81 in the South Tower that was ignited some moments before the collapse, then of course there will be a mix of molten steel and thermite; that I did take for granted from the get go.
 
Sorry... I have the resident idiots dolts morons mental midgets I mean more "out of touch" truthers (anders here, jammy, billy smith) on ignore.

But I was just struck by an idea (that another truther on youtube constantly parrots), wouldn't it have been easier to just fill a jet with thermite, ignite the thermite and then crash it into the building than to fill a floor with it on the WTC?

I would just like a troofer to explain exactly where the / thermite / thermate / whatever / was placed......i.e. what structural members etc...that would have caused the collapse in the manner in which they happened (and that would have caused the inward bowing of the perimeter columns among other things.)

My guess is that the whole 81st floor was covered with thermite, and when ignited it caused the floor to sag, and core plus exterior columns to become very weak.

Steel contains 90% IRON! Even stainless steel is only 10% chromium.
Molten steel would be a mixture of steel and carbon(and perhaps traces of other minerals)
Complaining that molten steel is not pure iron is once again grasping for straws Anders, and means nothing to your contention anyway.

Hmm... My initial impression was that the thermite would have melted the steel, but maybe the steel only became very soft. :confused:

The over number is points scored under number is total points for categlory

Trolling takes away points.

The * is infinity since most stundies are nominated off of a completely unbelievable post.

20 to 30 points outta 30 overall is worthy of the nomination obviously with Quality points™ scores of over 30 are possible

And I keep telling Horatius that mice do not have exchange rates in most countries :p

Even though I've quoted the thermite reaction giving you the reactants and the products you still don't know what thermite is do you? Claiming it was steel plus THERMITE!!! shows you don't know what thermite is. The melting point of Alumina (Al2O3) is 2072°C therefore it cannot be flowing from the tower because you claim that the temp is around 1370°C. Some 700°C lower. So come on Anders move your position again. What's the only thing left on the RHS of the thermite equation? Hint: Begins with "Ir" and ends in "on". And because you have to do that then you have to address my previous post which destroys your argument.

See it's easy, that's why your trolling is so boring apart from the stundiliciousness of it.

I think you are going to have to go on ignore because if you are going to troll atleast put some effort in and make it amusing.
