Not jumping up and down exciting. Holy crap what is going on exciting. Surely you realized that.

The adrenaline of finding the story and getting radio updates has drained and the reality that good congresswoman and 6 other members of my community have been gunned down.
 
University Hospital will have a briefing in about 40 minutes. Says Gifford is alive and in surgery for a gunshot wound to the head. Says there are others in surgery, in critical and serious condition. Says a child is one of the injured.

Bet this is going to CNN and MSNBC en masse via emails about now. Maybe they are waiting for confirmation of motive before reporting a reminder of this crosshair map. Palin refused to take it down or apologize for it, didn't she?

a political assassination. no different than the assassinations of JFK, Martin Luther King, and Bobby Kennedy.

And the reason for going right up to this Congresswoman and putting rounds directly in her head at point blank range as witnesses have reported was just the luck of the draw for the Congresswoman?

If I go on the radio and say I want one of my listeners to "take out" a politician, and then one of them does, do you really need to show any more connection than this to link me to it?

"Who will rid me of this meddlesome priest?"
