Israeli settlers burn Palestinian mosque

sometimes i wonder if any side has still some sane people left, i wonder where those are.
 
I highly doubt the settlers would do this (what do you think they are? Arabs?), but if they did do it then I'm sure they had a good reason.

sure they had good reasons, nowhere in the Old testament it says anything about Mosques in the Holy land. G-d promised the Holy land to the Jews not to some Mosqueerectors....

What good reason could anyone possibly have for doing something like this?
 
I don't know. The same "good reason" they had for killing 20 year old fig and olive trees and thus destroying the farmer's livelihood. I can't get the image of that poor farmer out of my head. Standing there, cradling the broken branches of his tree and sobbing that maybe, if he just lashes them together, he can save it.

Ugh, they're all crazy nutters. We should lock the extremists from both sides together in a small room and sell pay-per-view tickets for charity.

small room? i want a big Arena or at least such a mad max cage. Idiots in small room is old, called Big Brother :D

Good point. Maybe we should do a giant arena with death traps and the like. And we can give them all spears and swords and shields. That way they'll have to get close in to fight, much more interesting to watch!

We can donate all the profits to some worthy charity or other. Maybe one of those ones that provide clean water technologies to poor nations.

Or you can go a junkwars-esque route. Give each person 24 hours to harvest trash from a junkyard and have them fashion body armor and weapons. No rules! Anything goes! And then funnel the nuts into the arena the next day.

How much evidence of squatter terrorism and apartheid in operation does anyone require?

If this happened in the USA the soldiers would be arrested for failing to do their job.

This sort of thing happens all the time to Palestinians but no-one wants to know. Luckily some decent people will keep on trying to tell the world exactly what human rights abuses are happening. The people of Israel cannot claim they did not know what is being done in their name.

The body rots from the head down. The squatters are simply following the lead of successive governments of Israel. This will continue until the Israeli government starts to obey international law and stops installing squatters onto Palestinian land in contravention of the law.

Both sides have their fair share of bigoted pigs. Really, If it wasn't for the historic value of Jerusalem I'd say we turn that into the giant trap-filled death arena for charity!
