Sossiga gave us an example of an organization that was in place to do black ops. He did not give us clear evidence of black ops.

He was over 80 and drasticly ill. Figure out the chances that he was deteriorating mentally as well. (It does happen, you know.)

To state the situation correctly: Dr Judy Wood has placed her alleged "proof of the DEW proposition" into the public record, but her delusions are refuted by even a cursory examination of the capabilities of directed energy weapon technology that was available at the time. ...but checks plausibility against previously published science.

You, on the other hand,
...claim exemption from the requirement to abide by the laws of physics
...make it clear that you will NOT define your terms ("DEW")
...refuse to commit to any specific assumptions
...toss us verbose word salads, largely void of information
...claim to be in possession of the only and absolute truth
...and handwave any and all critique and opposing results published by others
