... so when you mentioned the bill of rights, you didnt mean The Bill of Rights but some bill o' frights?
 
Perhaps Especially, you could just give the Wikipedia entry on the European Court of Human Rights a quick read through?
(I wouldn't normally recommend Wikipedia but its the quickest way)
Then meditate on the fact that just because an idea appeals to you -doesn't mean it's true!

You are conflating legal theory - the ideals of justice and fairness that underpin the law whether statutory or common in the English system (and in my opinion are one of our greatest gifts to the world) and legal fact.

Has there been any evidence supporting Especially's claims? I don't want to miss any evidence.
 
Not only has the right to leave been granted, it has been "encouraged" in a somewhat forceful way.

Well now, this is a bit of a dilemma for the FOTLers - how can Especially be forced to leave without consent? I do believe we need a court trial on this! Just make sure none of the flags have a gold fringe (these tricky mods might try to take us into admiralty jurisdiction!).
