Actually I think the Holocaust narrative is in fact a denial of reality that in part is driven by the same psychological imperatives compelling LionKing and Skeptic to deny that Israel has an ethnically based immigration system or that Israel operates the King Allenby border crossing.

I view myself as a pro-semite carrying out a one man intervention with the Jewish people. You can change but first you need to admit to yourselves that you have a problem.

You lost me. Why is it impossible for Gaza to trade normally or develop a normal economy to buy food? Why do Gazans have "very little chance" of jobs and food?

Hong Kong has no arable land at all, and extremely high population density. Its inhabitants could quite easily have spent the last century waging a terrorist war against British imperialists and Chinese communists, increasingly enabled by the international community. But somehow, the people of Hong Kong have figured out a way to produce a peaceful and highly-profitable society instead.

ETA: What prevents Gazans from doing the same? Racial inferiority? Cultural ineptitude? Religious dogma? Revolutionary propaganda? A cult of victimhood? I'm sure Israel couldn't care less if Gaza were the Hong Kong of the Mediterranean, or if it remains, well, Gaza.

Actually, I take that back: I'm sure Israel would much prefer to share its borders with another Hong Kong. And I'm equally sure that Gazans would rather retain their current status as an oppressed bantustan.

Have you ever heard of the word "diaspora"? because that's what is returning - the Jewish diaspora.

#1. Millions of Jews lived, by choice, outside of Judea long before the Roman-Jewish wars and the disperal from Judea.

#2. Jews have been allowed to move back to Palestine for centuries, after the Muslim conquest. Nothing prevented millions of Jews from "returning" to their "ancient homeland".

If "return" was such a big deal, it would have begun looooooong ago.

What an amusing thread. On one side, Holocaust deniers. On the other, some of the most abrasive pro-Zionists I have ever seen(don't try to explain it away as a reaction to the holocaust deniers. This forum in general has the largest cluster of such abrasive individuals that I have ever come across-it's not unique to this thread)

I'm curious, since the Zionist's are trying to argue that it's not racist to give Jews special rights to immigrate to Israel- how would you react if America was to adopt a similar policy, encouraging near-100% Christian immigration? Or if Germany was to do that?(obviously excluding Jews and other minorities in both cases).

The problem is that the diasopora, in the process of "returning"(I've seen claims that it is the Palestinians whom are genetically closest to the ancient Jews, but in any case...) has created another diaspora. Of course, you can adopt the attitude that Jews should do whats best for Jews even if other races/religions/ethnicities get hurt. But you would have to accept that same standard being adopted by other countries(or else be hypocrites) which would in many cases take the form of policies which discriminated against Jews amongst other races/religions/ethnicities. Would you consider this acceptable?
