I always knew that people believed some crazy stuff, but wow. "Turn an invoice into a cheque." That's magic, baby.

Akshully, I think it's possible to turn a blank piece of paper into a check, by writing the bank routing number and your account number on it, along with the name of the payee, the amount and your signature. If all that information is included, your bank should be able to honor it.

I've read that every year the IRS receives at least one check written on a shirt by some joker making a pun on "the shirt off my back". If the necessary information is included, they just go ahead and process it.

Checks are pretty univerally processed electronically nowadays. Just yesterday I paid my car insurance premium from my checking account over the phone, just by giving the insurance company the routing and account information. In less than a minute, the customer service rep informed me that my payment had been processed successfully.

damn that fractional currency. If we just stuck to using natural numbers then they would be natural laws of mathematics and the FOTL's would obey them.

Natural laws would be e-based. Stick with base-10 for common laws.

1. All forms of religion across the world would have to be removed and the truth of the devises of conformity used by such would have to be known. All the buildings, land, money and anything else they own would be seized in the peoples name. Every church, chapel, monastery, cathedral, abbey and every building they own would be destroyed and the land would be used to the benefit of the communities it resides in. All religious positions including the pope would be disbanded never being allowed to form again.
2. Democracy and all it stands for would be destroyed including every building and never allowed to form again. Every asset of all concerned including all lands and monies would be seized in the peoples name.
3. Every banker, lawyer, barrister and his or her assets and buildings would be seized in the peoples name. Every bank destroyed.
4. The city of London would be demolished and the biggest walled garden would be built in the name of the people and for their enjoyment. Later to happen to every city.
5. Every house, castle or land owned by royalty, lords or earls and such would be seized along with all assets and monies in the peoples name.
6. All corporations no matter how small would be seized. No corporation would be allowed to exist. All assets of those concerned would be seized. All this being done in the peoples name.
7. All secret societies would be disbanded and all assets seized. Never being allowed to form again.
8. Every statue, monument or symbol would be destroyed.
9. Every CCTV camera, speeding camera and all methods of electronic control would be destroyed.
10. All the men and women of the armed services will be brought home to serve whom they are really meant to serve in the correct way.
11. The private political army known as the ‘police’ will be removed and the highest police force in the land (the military police) will walk the streets as peacekeepers, until such time each community choose their own peacekeepers from within their community.
12. All courts of this land will be disbanded and the communities will set their own peoples courts, as the law society will be disbanded.
13. There will be one law until such time no law is needed, the people’s law that is common to all without exemption based on truth. All law, statutes and mechanisms of victim less crime and precautionary principle will be eradicated and wiped from existence. All debts shall be forgiven. All prosecutions of victim less crime or precautionary principle based upon statute will be null and void.

i noticed this:

"We must realise that the queen is legally castrated "

I read once that a bank honored a check written on a watermelon. And there's the story that Robert Benchley once cashed a check at a night club by writing on the counter check (this is back when such things existed), "Dear Bank: Having a wonderful time - wish you were here."

It's funny how freemen who believe that statutory law doesn't apply to them make an exception for the Bill of Exchange Act 1882 isn't it? I wonder why?

This whole remittance slip / cheque wheeze is simply ludicrous. It simply won't work. Even if they've sucessfully created a cheque the drawee bank will mark it 'refer to drawer' because the 'cunning' freeman lacks clear funds, an overdraft facility (either authorised or unauthorised) or an account. Furthermore, the maneuver falls foul of section 30 of the Act which requires consideration & good faith.

Attempting to hoodwink someone you've received goods & / or services from into effectively writing off a debt is hardly acting in good faith is it?

FOTL believe that the "cheque" is presented to the Treasury who will settle the account from the FOTLs mystical treasury bond which contains untold wealth.

i'll tell you one thing that i know for sure:

there is a band of first-nations human-beings on the border of the us and canada... i believe they are living within the borders of british columbia.

i was told that they get no birth certificates, and that when they turn 18 years, they get approximately ten million dollars from the government.

i was told this from a first-nations person who is a good friend of mine.

he didn't know about the security of person, and as i told him about what many postulate that it is, he told me of the band with no birth certificates.

if we could find the name of that band, we could look deeper into where the 10 000 000 dollars each for these human-beings came from.

i suspect that it is the security of person.

i think i shall keep looking into the subject until i can prove that the security is a bond. when i finally do discover it, i think i shall make a notice demanding my bond be split amongst the others.

He knows it for sure.:D

Ah the search for the 'Holy Grail meets Shangri-la' I wonder how successful they will be in searching for this mythical band of 'freemen of the land', LOL

The thing about all this is when are the "chief accountants" (and the judges and bailiffs and the police officers and .. and...) educated about all this so when a water bill with the nonsense arrives on their desk they know what to do?

And even more so why aren't they all making use of it themselves?

And once again, they're not even being consistent in the nonsense they believe.

But .... the birth certificate is supposed to be the "bond" they use to create that wealth! If these "human beings" (Can't go calling them people!) don't have birth certificates, then where does this money come from? If they do have birth certificates, how are they different from the rest of us?

And while we're at it, how is it no one has ever noticed this community of people (opps!) who all happen to be multi-millionaires? Don't they spend that money on anything? Or do they all stay in this one village, and only ever interact economically with each other? Imagine that, millionaires doing all the crap jobs, just so they can hide the fact that they're all rich.

Also, considering the problems of poverty on many of the reservations in Canada, a community of Native Peoples who are all rich would be quite a big thing. Every other Native community would be looking at them to see how they did it!

For all their high-falutin talk about freedom & 'being in honour' the average FMOTL has his beady, goggling eye firmly on the bottom line doesn't he?

I'm sure there is a suitably plausable reason for extremely low profile these hyper wealthy human beings keep. Forced into sexual servitude by reptilians? Gave their money away in an altruistic gesture (unlikely they're canny Freemen)? Moved to Vegas?

Moved to Vegas?

Actualy, that explains it! They get $10 million when they turn 18 - how many 18-year-olds wouldn't just blow that wad in a year-long bacchanalia? When they turn 19, they hitch-hike home, severely hungover.

Ah, the joys of "consent". Find a statute that you think confers some juicy benefit - consent! Find a statute that you think imposes some duty or burden - don't consent! Voila!

Law is like a buffet. You just pick and choose what you like.

What a bunch of maroons.

This appears to be the central point of FMOTL, to break oaths* and avoid your debts/responsibilities.

*Or written agreements, no difference in principle.

ALL secret societies or just the ones who say they are?

When's the last time you saw a judge pay a water bill? Makes you think.
