Continuation - NSA Document Flight 93 intercepted coming soon

Scary thought:

What if they're putting something in the water at Ft. Meade that makes everyone behave like Ultima? Could they be deliberately screwing up 16.5's FOIA because it's so fun and easy to prove him wrong with facts and evidence?

Ha, it is worse than that! I am actually behind Ultima's FOIA!

On the other hand, you'd think with a title like "FOIA Office" they'd be pretty interested in actually responding to FOIA requests.

lol true....you would think so....but the government is really really slow on most things unfortunately....

I've got a set of interviews on FOIA from the Navy. The end of 2009, I tried calling them for a week straight asking the status of the FOIA since it had been over a year since it was submitted. As of today, my dozens of phone messages have yet to warrant a response. So I guess the NSA is not the only agency behind in FOIA responses. It's a conspiracy I tell ya!

actually the delay now is the fact that the NSA is waiting for a response from "other agencies" (I'll ignore the fact that it took the NSA six months to send out the GD referrals in the first place) They would not tell me how the referrals went to, but clearly that included the DoD, so... we wait.

Good sweet Christ on a pogo stick; this is STILL ongoing? I must admit, I thought this had died!

Nice to know you're still fighting for it, 16.5!

Yeah, you gonna wait...and wait...and then wait some more :)

I think it is a great way to educate people on the FOIA process. So the next time you hear someone complaining about "they have not released the ________", just link them to this thread. Your government in action.

No kidding! And I'm a government shill!

They are probably hoping you'll lose interest and go away leaving the FOIA request fullfilled.

Is this a joke?

Ultima1:

You want to prove to us what you say is true, here is what you have to do.

1. Provide a copy of your NSA id, or some other form of DEFINITIVE proof, that will show beyond a doubt you are an NSA analyst. To date you have not done this.TAM:)

Is this really Roger, all decked out in his NSA "Analyst's" uniform? Surely he wouldn't say this on his first update to his FaceBook page:

Yuo will all oneday no my rath. I am ULTIMA1.

He needs some friends. Any volunteers?

wow... I sure did miss a show. Just reading a few threads with U1, and his apparent napoleon complex, creates a mosaic of flushing toilets.

I find it amusing that every CTer I have seen posting so far can't type and/or spell even though they have google at a finger's reach. I guess that is asking too much. (for the truth)

Anyway. This is how the government works. Slowly. Just like the military's standard of "hurry up and wait" with just about everything.

I dont do facebook so i cant check but certainly appears to be him.
It would be a coincidence to say the least. Roger Misner, Spelling, Calling himself Ultima1 and he cant post anywhere else because hes banned. Poor man. Great to see this thread appear every now and again though. I do miss him.

Indeed....

From my experience I'm not sure if they ever do anything efficiently...

Had they planned 9/11 to be an inside job they would have had to have done the initial planning a very long time ago....

There would have been years of meetings, power point briefings, white papers, revisions, etc

The operation would have evolved into something completely different than originally planned...it would have ended up being a guy on a bicycle with an M-80 in his pocket...

Or....it started out like that but evolved into the Rube Goldberg monstrosity that truthers are trying to shove down our throats today.
,or it never would get done at all after spending countless $ and man-hours.

True story;
Back in the 1980s I worked for Transport Canada.. There was to be a new radio control system designed and implemented to take the place of the relay driven 1950s tech that was being used. This would be computer driven using all solid state switches. A Radio operator could sit down at any terminal in the system and enter his own code and the arrangement would be the way he wanted it.
I was sent on courses in telephony switching, on PASCAL (the computer language it was going to be written in) and several other courses. Of course I was not alone on these courses either as this would be Canada wide.
The date kept being pushed further away every couple of months until finally the whole project was scrapped and they started all over again. I later learned that the problem was that bureaucrats in TC kept adding things to the list of tasks that the system was going to have to do and the technology at the time meant that every time they added something the whole thing had to be re-engineered.

So, 16.5, another month or six?

You know you're getting old when you notice somebody having to actually explain that PASCAL is a computer language, one that you used to know fairly well.
